Casas de vacaciones privadas en Malabar

"Our family loved our stay at this beautiful beach home for Graduation/Memorial Weekend! Beautifully decorated throughout! Loved having the ability to spread out. The upstairs gaming area was a big hit with our little gamers. Own private pool was a big plus. Short walk to the beach. Easy check-in/checkout. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"We loved this place! We had lots of space and the pool was great. Melbourne Beach is quiet and has no noise area us. Cocoa Beach isn’t far away for miniature golf, ice cream, restaurants and Ron Jon. We love it there!"

"My parents and I stayed here and absolutely loved it. It was clean and well-stocked. The home is just as it appears in the pics. Very relaxing place to stay. Will definitely stay here again and most definitely recommend to others!"

"The house is wonderful. The theater was a treat. One chair was broken but since there were 8 of us, the broken seat didn't matter. I did call th management company and suggest that they repair that chair prior to another guest arriving. The pool had green algae but as soon as I called the mgt company again, a pool service guy was sent quickly and remedied the situation. Since we were paying to have the pool heated, Laura from the management company said that they would reimburse us for the 35...

"The house was perfect for our large family. We had 14 adults and one child and didn't use one of the bedrooms. The floor plan was great and the location was good, too. The reasons I only rated it good was because the pool, while we used it, had mold (algae) in it especially in the whirlpool. I called on Monday and a pool person came that afternoon but couldn't do much. The pool has a leak and the scubber doesn't work. The water level was a little low. There were not enough garbage cans. ...

"When I pulled up I was a bit concerned as the outside could use a fresh coat of paint but was very happy once I went in. The refrigerator was the perfect size, the whole place was great and suited my needs for week. I would stay there again."

"House was clean, hot tub was wonderful"

"My entire family was absolutely so pleased with this property! It was clean, cute, had all the basics you’d need, and is in a great location. It is a pet friendly place and the dining room/sun room does have a pet smell. Also, the backyard is not fully fenced in - so do not just let your dogs out! The hosts were hands down the most communicative hosts I’ve ever dealt with. They were so quick to respond, accommodated my early arrival, and gave me local suggestions for things to do and places to...

"The was clean and welcoming. The location is good, pretty centralized. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The hosts were good at communicating and getting back to us if we had questions. The pool was well kept and we spent most of the time out by the pool."

"Nice, clean and comfortable "

"Great house clean very quiet neighborhood close to shops beaches and restaurants and space center"

"There were minor things like weeds growing on the cracks of the drive and backyard; the lawn could have been freshly cut and the pool vacuumed prior to our arrival, and finally, there was an odd smell (not terrible) that we could not figure out where it was coming from. We contacted the management company and the person who showed up said she could not smell anything. Finally, two bathrooms for a house advertised for a house that sleeps eight, was not very convenient. Having said that, that...
