A spacious and exceptionally comfortable holiday home with a private garden and a large terrace overlooking the mountains (furnished with garden furniture and loungers). The house consists of three floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (large dining table, sofa), a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there is an open mezzanine with two single-seater armchairs. There are also two lockable bedrooms on the first floor. In the basement, there is a recreation area with a table tennis table and a bathroom with a shower. Central heating (+ air conditioning in the living room). Wireless internet is available.

Secure parking (for two cars) is available on the fenced property (for guests' exclusive use). The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity, water, heating, air conditioning (living room), internet, parking (2 spaces), and final cleaning.
The area offers unforgettable relaxation year-round, from spring walks and summer hikes on mountain trails to winter fun on the nearby ski slope. Nearby, you can enjoy horseback riding, fishing in a private, stocked pond, and on hot days, head to the beach and swimming area at Lake Mucharskie (approx. 18 km).
