"Perfect spot to unwind in Raglan. Holly even had the crib set up before we got there and there was a secret stash of toys in the cabinet that kept our young son busy for days. Cool layout and nice appliances, including outdoor grill and fireplace and close to beaches/surfing. Would definitely recommend. If traveling with a small child consider bringing your own high chair as that was one thing they didn't have. All in all it's a great spot though and we'd book it again."

"The house is clean and tidy. All basic needs are provided for. Great bathroom and kitchen. Everything is great. The property is a perfect place for when you need to get away and switch off from the noises of the city. The big fenced grassed ground is perfect for our dog to run around, she loves it. Did I mention that the host, Annette, was amazing. Highly recommended!"

"Our third time to visit, hopefully WIFI will be added to the property. The neighbours dog was bold, making its way throught the back door to pull out the garbage. He wasn't deterred when shooed away, the owner heard me and took control of the dog"

"This was a great place to chill out, with a wonderful outlook over Aotea Harbour and very quiet at this time of year (end April). Neat and clean with very a well equipped kitchen. It was comfortable for our stay but expect it could get very hot in summer, and be cold in winter (only one small panel heater for a large space)."

"We had a wonderful stay in Kawhia - Patsy’s bach is the perfect place for a lovely weekend get away. Plenty of space for everyone and a gorgeous garden with lots of sun to enjoy. "The Big Deck is exactly the place for some RNR perfect spot amazing views bach has all you need dated but perfect for that kiwi bach experience by the beach ⛱️ was clean and tidy plenty of space so just perfect for us host was lovely great to communicate with everything went smooth even with a last min request to take the fur babies 😊 thanks so much Hine nd John we had such a nice break away the bach was awesome we did not want to leave just pecfect 👍😊👌"

"My wife and I stayed at Whale Bay Surf Bach for 4 nights in April and agreed it was one of the best stays we have ever had. The location and views are incredible. Nothing beats checking the surf from your bed, taking a private entrance to one of the best breaks in the country, and then relaxing in the jacuzzi with ocean views. The property itself was very clean and had all the right amenities. Hope to return again soon!"
