"Want to relax? Not the place. Rooms poorly insulated, you can hear all the neighbours. The mattress is so soft you feel you’re drowning on it. Cleaning is not an option - room full of dirt- and the hotel charges for housekeeping as an additional! (I wanted to do my own housekeeping I would have got an AirBnB). "Stayed here with my family and overall the property itself is decent, but the experience after checkout was very disappointing.
We were charged $500 for carpet cleaning due to a small food stain (blueberries). While I acknowledge the stain occurred, the charge was completely disproportionate. A full carpet steam clean was done by an external contractor at a cost of $500, with no attempt to consider a more reasonable solution like spot cleaning.

"Rooms are a bit tired looking but extremely comfortable and clean. We skipped breakfast but enjoyed the delicious $95pp 3 course evening meal. The hotel grounds are lovely. There's also a great Irish bar, Harrigans about 1km down the street. I can't wait to return."

"The property is excellent with great staff. Our room was very large and well maintained. The car park is a bit chaotic for parking especially with the charging stations blocked by ICE cars who when asked politely by the staff to move to allow a EV vehicle to charge some guests refused to move so to allow for me to charge my car.
