HOUSE 756 MAINZ is a detached holiday home of approximately 110 m² in Mainz-Hechtsheim for up to 8 guests plus 2 babies. It is especially suitable for families, multigenerational trips, friends, several couples and quiet work teams who want to spend time together while sleeping in four separate bedrooms.

SLEEPING: Four separate upstairs bedrooms with box-spring beds and 29 cm visco mattresses: 1 × 180 × 200 cm, 2 × 160 × 200 cm and 1 × 140 × 200 cm. Each bedroom has a 43-inch Smart TV, electric shutters, insect screen and fan. Bed linen and bath towels are included.

BATHROOMS & SAUNA: Two bathrooms with windows, walk-in thermostatic showers, plus a separate guest toilet. The ground-floor bathroom contains the private infrared sauna, available at no extra charge. All toilets have hygiene showers.

SHARED SPACE: Open-plan living and dining area with an extendable table for up to 8 people, a 55-inch Smart TV and a usable electric fireplace. The approximately 21 m² terrace has an outdoor kitchen with sink, lighting and an electric Tefal OptiGrill+ XL.

KITCHEN & LAUNDRY: Fully equipped kitchen with an 80 cm induction hob, pyrolytic oven, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, microwave and Krups bean-to-cup coffee machine. Cooking and baking equipment, a starter supply of coffee and tea and essential kitchen consumables are provided. A washing machine and separate dryer are available free of charge.

FAMILIES: Two travel cots with mattresses, changing mats and mosquito nets, one high chair and a second on request, a travel stroller, children's tableware, toys and stair gates are provided free of charge. Please bring your own cot bedding.

WORK & ARRIVAL: Two separate bedrooms include workspaces. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and on the terrace; no specific speed is promised. Business invoices can be issued after complete billing details are supplied. Keyless entry uses a personal access code. Regular check-in is from 4:00 pm and check-out by 10:00 am; earlier arrival or later departure may be possible by prior arrangement and subject to availability.

LOCATION & PARKING: One private parking space is located at the house; additional free public parking is available nearby. Tram approximately 220 m, grocery store approximately 280 m and bakery approximately 300 m away. Mainz Cathedral/Market Square approximately 5.1 km, Frankfurt Airport approximately 27.8 km and Frankfurt Trade Fair approximately 38.3 km; driving times depend on traffic.

GOOD TO KNOW: There are two steps at the entrance. All bedrooms are upstairs; the internal staircase is steep and has a fixed handrail and safety gates. This is not a party property. Non-smoking house; smoking is allowed outdoors only. Up to two dogs are welcome free of charge by prior arrangement. No rental bikes are provided, but secure bicycle storage and an e-bike charging option are available.
