  • Welcome to Brook House – a spacious family home nestled on the banks of a beautiful brook in Maidenhead. Perfect for families or small groups of friends, this well designed four-bedroom property, combines comfort and practicality. Benefitting from a good sized garden, with outdoor seating and patio area, and terrace. The front drive allows for parking for multiple cars. There is also a room setup as a dedicated workspace.

    4 Bedrooms – 1 x King, 1 x Queen and 2 x Double, spacious bedrooms with large windows, each room offers comfort and character. **PLEASE NOTE, one of the double beds is sofa bed, which is setup to be permanently used as a bed in a dedicated bedroom

    Cosy Living Areas – The living room offers plenty of comfy seating, and a large Smart TV

    Modern Kitchen – Fully equipped with good quality appliances, and plenty of cooking equipment.

    Bed linen

    - High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied
    - Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes will be organised offered complimentary for stays of more than 16 nights

    Toiletries and Consumables

    - We provide refillable bathroom toiletries (refilled by our cleaners on each changeover). This helps us reduce waste and minimise our impact on the environment. However, this only works if you don’t ‘borrow’ them. Please leave them behind so other guests can enjoy them too.
    - We also provide a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by

    Pets

    - We are happy to accept one small well behaved dog. However, please do not allow them on to soft furnishings or upstairs

    Child Friendly

    - This is a child friendly property, but we are unable to provide a travel cot or high chair. Guests are welcome to bring their own.

    Guest Notices

    - We have a gardener that will require access to the garden, possibly during your stay. The gardener will need to access the area underneath the house as this is where the lawn mower is stored.

    - Please be aware there is a stream/brook that runs through the garden of the property, there is no physical barrier or fencing in between the garden and stream. Please ensure children and dogs are supervised at all times when playing in the garden. Please do not drink from or bath in the stream
    The stream is a tranquil space, for the use of natural wildlife. The stream should not be used for anything other than to look at and relax beside

    - The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and not operational. Please do not attempt to use it

    - Please do not use the sun canopy when it is windy

    - Please use placemats and coaster provided

    - Parties are strictly prohibited

    - Smoking is strictly prohibited

    - Extra guests are not allowed

    - Please respect our lovely neighbours, and keep the noise down

    - No shoes on inside please

    - Candle are strictly prohibited

    - This is your home away from home, please care for it as such

    - Please make sure to lock the doors and all the windows when leaving the property

    - Please do not leave any appliances running when you are not in the house

    - Please be mindful of energy usage during your stay. Please switch off lights and turn down the heating when leaving the property

    Check-in / Checkout

    Check-in time is after 4pm, and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule.

    My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

    Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

    The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
