"We absolutely loved our stay at Laïla Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable. Every member of the staff was kind, attentive, and always greeted us with a smile, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. Everything was spotless, very clean, and decorated with great attention to detail and excellent taste. You can really tell how much care goes into maintaining the facilities and ensuring guests...

"Ants crawling over food. There are mosquitoes especially the garden area. Tiny insects on the bed, we put earplugs on to avoid entry to our ears. With flying insects around lights & have to turn it off to go away. Information on Distance to attractions were wrong. "Muy mala la atención del personal. "

"Great location, not very good good, quite expensive…"

"The most comfortable room we’ve stayed in on our two month honeymoon trip!!! Felt like we were home. It was such a perfect stay. So comfortable, very nice staff, great view and wonderful bed. Could not recommend this place enough. Loved it so much we didn’t want to leave and the breakfast was the BEST included breakfast I’ve ever had! 100/10."

"My wife and I loved it here. The owners were lovely and take great care of the property. Breakfast was always good and the dinner options were great."
