Directly on a busy street but that is all you are going to get if you want a place on the water. Directly across the street is the pool which is clean and refreshing. Kayaks available but with low tide, not able to get out because of shallow water and potential damage to the reef. Ac is available is bedrooms but...

"Bungalow très bien situé à 50m du lagon dans résidence du sun beach. Le plus la mise à disposition des canoës pour se rendre sur les motus pour admirer poissons, raies, tortues et requins. Le seul bemol, c'est l'attente entre l'arrivée sur site et la mise à disposition du bungalow, pas de services de bagagerie."

"Fortunately, driving instructions were very clear as it involved 1.5 km ascent, last leg on bumpy road, but once we entered the gate, wow! Villa was excellent, pool was great and deck has fabulous views of Pacific & Moorea. as usual, kitchen lacked gourmet equipment, but otherwise all was excellent. Owners were very helpful as well."
