"Jeff was great in his communication, tips, advice, and local information that he shared with us prior to our check-in. This was very helpful, and I only wish we had more time to have explored the area more, but we were taking a weekend course at Wheaton Arts. The home was just as pictured, well stocked, tastefully decorated, and everything was really wonderful. Perfect for the girls' weekend that we had! Will definitely return. "This beach house has everything you could possibly want or need for a perfect beach getaway! It’s stocked with tons of games, puzzles, and toys for the kids, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is unbeatable—literally just steps from the beach. We've stayed here twice now and will definitely be back again to make even more family memories. Highly recommend!"

"Renting vacation properties is always difficult with dogs and Cassie accepted our babies happily. Our goal was to never leave the house/property and we achieved just that! Our only regret was not realizing where the eagles nest was sooner! I didn’t realize the water wouldn’t be swim-able but the dogs loved the gentle waves and we truly had such a nice time even when the weather wasn’t great. Little details like a personalized welcome card gave that luxury feel. "

"What a lovely house with beautiful panoramic windows and views of the bay and beach! The house was well-maintained and well-equipped for guests, with plenty of space for this family of four dog. (We loved the doggie designated towels.) The hosts were responsive and accommodating; their TLC for the house is apparent and appreciated. If given the opportunity, we will definitely come back. "

"This is a wonderful place to simply relax. It’s away from all the hustle but close enough to visit if you want to. The sunrise is spectacular with lots of wildlife. "Family of 5 in town for a lacrosse tournament at DE turf fields. Amazing location for this purpose. The house and property were awesome and clean. Our kids (even the teens) really enjoyed the farm animals! The home is in a quiet neighborhood and very close to everything in town. The owners are so nice too, and gave great suggestions for local sights. We will definitely look to stay here again if in the area, highly recommend! "

"One of the best vacations i've ever had thanks to the gorgeous property and the outstanding management of the owners. Waking up to the sunrise, walking on the beach, relaxing on the patio, and watching the wildlife, which included a wide variety of birds, and also foxes, turtles, small sharks, and of course the horseshoe crabs! Plus Rehoboth Beach was 30 minutes away, so we had a wonderful dinner and walked along the boardwalk. Outstanding all around. I would love to come back."
