The house is beautiful and was perfect for our annual trip... actually we liked it so much we came back for a second year! It was very clean! We loved everything from the view to the movie room and game room! Our last night was spent by the fire pit! It was a fantastic trip!

Cousin Trip

This was our annual cousin trip we started 7 years ago. We grew up close and wanted our children to do the same. Everything was perfect. We had 14 people that was supposed to go but 2 were sick and couldn't make it. There was plenty of room for everyone! Absolutely breathtaking view!

We had 14 (8 kids and 6 adults) and we all fit comfortable and enjoyed the location, views, and amenities. Wonderful time!

Reviewer Comments: This vacation rental is huge with plenty of room for everyone and things to do at the end of the day We played ping pong, air hockey, and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped too. The views from the back porch are stunning. This was our third time we have stayed at this cabin and as usual, it does not disappoint. For those of you from Florida and other humid and hot climates, it is a great escape from the heat because the mornings were very n the upper 50's, low 60's, and afternoon highs in the upper 70's.

Great Mountain Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we have stayed here and we loved it. It’s 2 families with kids ranging from 16-8 and everyone had something to do. On top of all the games the place already had we brought games and puzzles to play as well. They even had a separate table for us to build our puzzles on! The big kids loved climbing the “big” mountain while the little kids loved climbing the “mountain” next to the driveway. It’s a great vacation to be able spend time with your older kids because you don’t need to leave the house. We hope to be back next year and future years to come to continue to make memories with our kids.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice home but interior was not clean, stove & microwave only worked at half power. Reported problem but no repairman came. Ping pong table & paddles were broken. Comforter was stained. Will not repeat stay at that price. Requested partial refund (cleaning fee) but no response. Very dissapointed in the home and the management company.Would appreciate response to my previous emails.

We ran into a couple of issues and property management was great-super responsive. The only criticism I have is the beds could use new sheets. The sheets and comforters were a bit old and musty. Also, if you like good coffee, bring your own coffee maker. Although the coffee maker is new the coffee comes out muddy. Overall, we would definitely stay again and recommend this house to anyone!

There are 2 sets of bunk beds in an open space in the game area in the basement. Its great but just a little misleading. Love the house, I would absolutely recommend it.

The gameroom was so much fun and the balconies were the best place to sit and relax with a coffee. The location was perfect, and we all had a wonderful time on hikes and visiting Waynesville! We will plan to return next year!

Beautiful Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family of eight really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is very spacious and the location was gorgeous. No other cabins are right on top of you so you feel secluded with plenty of privacy though neighbors were not too far. The road to the cabin is steep in areas but all were paved and I found it easy to maneuver. The cabin really has everything you need- just bring your own blankets due to Covid. It was very clean but could use a couple of updates/ maintenance though. The legs were loose on several chairs but we tightened them- there was even basic tools available. We also had to tighten towel bars in the bathrooms. There’s a small sitting area/ fire pit at the bottom of the yard but we did not use it since the access to it is poor. Even the young ones had trouble getting down there. Despite these minor issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We even stayed in a couple of days just to enjoy the cabin. In fact we didn’t want to leave! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway

Our family met at this cabin for a much needed getaway. It is a beautiful cabin with everything you could possibly need or want. We had a wonderful week and plan to come back for our next family trip.

Very nice Mountain Home

View was great. Kitchen well stocked except we did not find a blender. This app s really a 3 bedroom as the 4th bedroom sleeper sofa was not comfortable. Our friends went to Walmart and vbought a queen size air mattress. Also their must be neighbors who don’t like having a rental propert nearby as we got reported for having music too loud. We didn’t / never gave my music on. We will not sray there again because we never got an apology. That’s not to say the house and experience was bad, it’s that I can afford to stay elsewhere and our entire group felt disrespected
