Conveniently located in Maggie Valley, the cabin provides easy access to scenic drives, local dining, shopping, and outdoor attractions including the Blue Ridge Parkway, Cataloochee Ski Area, Soco Falls, Lake Junaluska, and nearby hiking trails.

In addition to the nightly rate, the following fees will apply:
$225 Cleaning Fee (includes extensive cleaning and turnover, as well as hot tub maintenance before and after every guest) INCLUDED IN TOTAL PRICE
$125 Pet Fee (30 lbs below)
11% Tax – NC State & Haywood County Taxes
• Please note: Late checkouts without prior approval will incur a $100 fine
• No low vehicles due to the gravel driveway.

This property is not suitable for guests with mobility challenges. The home includes multiple stairs, uneven surfaces, and narrow doorways that may make accessibility difficult for those using wheelchairs or walkers.

We are close to Ingles and Publix grocery stores, Teague’s Convenience Store, and several Dollar General stores so that you may stock up for your vacation. There’s wonderful hiking trails within a very short drive from UnBridled Views.

Local utility crews are typically very responsive in this area and work diligently to restore service as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of mountain utility service, discounts or refunds are not offered for outages lasting less than 6 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding as part of the mountain experience.
