We absolutely love Paradise Found. That’s why we come back and recommend. It to friends. The basically flat drive off the main road assures access in the event of winter weather. The fire place is magnificent. The hosts are very quick to respond. Then there are Mother Nature’s additions of the creek and elk. We saw elk everyday of our visit!
It was a frosty morning in The Maggie Valley area.
One of a group of 5 we saw every day. This time right next to the drive.

The hosts are great and helpful. The place is fantastic and has a mountain vibe unlike any other place. The sound of the creek directly behind the house is relaxing. I can imagine how great it must be in the summer. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and the game room is awesome.

House was pretty clean, but bathroom rugs where soaking wet. Furniture reminds me of what my grandparents looked like 40 years ago, but it is still in good condition. Main tv worked, but wish it was a smart tv.

Perfect Escape

We loved this location. Maggie Valley is the best place to enjoy the Smoky Mountains. The owner was fantastic even getting a new dart board before i arrived. The game room had everything needed to entertain all ages. The creek/waterfall right off the deck was my favorite spot. I was only disappointed that i couldn't extend my stay because another family was on their way. Cant wait to return.

We loved our stay!! The location is perfect and not far from the shops in Maggie. We spent most of our time in the game room during our stay which was one of our main reasons why wewas 100% worth i us plenty of room to enjoy time with family and to also relax

Clean and quiet

House was very clean, neighborhood very quiet and we did get a morning visit from elk! However, if you are looking for a modern home, this would not be a good fit for you. If you want to feel like you are visiting “grandma” this is your house - cozy butFrozen in time - fortunately the beds are very comfy as my husband ended up with the flu during our visit and stayed in bed most of the time! Creek is amazing and so close, it was wonderful to sit on porch swing and just enjoy the sounds of nature. Host is great and very responsive and timely!

A little slice of paradise at Paradise Found

We decided to spend our 15th anniversary in Maggie Valley and this cabin did not disappoint. Being from strictly flat land we were a bit nervous about the possibility of snow and ice on mountain roads. This cabin is in the perfect location, right off the main strip and super easy to get to. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. We only saw two vehicles pass our cabin in 5 days. The cabin has everything you could possibly need. The floor plan is excellent for a family or two couples to move around without feeling in each other's way. Then when our home town was hit with its first snow storm in over 100 years and we could not get home Carlos and Alice were gracious enough to extend our stay. This made traveling with our elderly dog much easier, as she doesn’t do well in hotels. Carlos and Alice your kindness has touched our hearts and you’ll always be remembered. We hope to return to Maggie Valley one day and stay at Paradise Found once again. Thank you!!

Great stay in a small little ski town

We stayed here for Christmas of '24 and enjoyed it very much. The creek runs right behind the property and is very serene. Snow tubing and plenty of great little restaurants and shops are a few minutes drive away. We also hit some nearby waterfalls and hiking trails in the area. The listing is not kidding about the wildlife you may encounter. Had a herd of about 13 elk about the neighborhood and probably about 8 feeding on the property right off the front porch. Don't mess with them, they won't mess with you. The elk even stroll about town and there are elk tours, but could just step outside your door. The place was plenty warm and the game room next door gives you and the family plenty to do when not about town. The rooms were plenty comfortable and my 2 adults nephews used the fold out sofa and said it was very comfortable. The host was simply awesome to work with. Great and informative communication and a real pleasure to deal with. We would most definitely stay here again. Give it a try, don't think you'll be disappointed. Thank you again Carlos & Alice for everything.

Perfect creek side cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at Paradise Found! The location was close to town & easy to get to. We loved sitting on the porch listening to the creek & relaxing in the hot tub. We saw elks near by everyday of our stay. The game room was awesome! Plenty of space for our family & two dogs. The property was also surprisingly kid-proofed for our two year old son, which we appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Weekend Stay

Cabin is nestled in the trees. Everything we needed was provided and more at this cute cabin. Plenty of towels, tp, blankets, spices, even had coffee. I overprepared and brought most of these things just in case. The location was perfect just oustside of town. The elk were everywhere in the yard and up and down the street. The "creek" out back sounded like a raging river but was relazing sitting out on the deck. Hot tub was amazing too! Game room was really nice addition, esp if you have kids. Only flaw was the berries dropping from trees. Made a mess of the floors. Thats nature!

Awesome Place

We loved everything about this cabin. The location was great, the beds were very comfortbale. The roaring creek off the back deck and Master bedroom was wonderful. We saw a few Elk strollng down the road which was very exciting to me since I love all animals. We will hopefully be staying here again. The cabin is very well stocked with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Peaceful!

We enjoyed our peaceful stay at this property. The sound of the creek was so soothing and relaxing. We had a minor glitch (seems a cord was not placed back correctly) with the TV but it was fixed within 30 minutes - such great customer service! Everything was very clean and extremely comfortable. Would definitely look into staying again at this property if we are back in this area. Great communication with the owners.
