everything the title states

Yes! it was "Peaceful, Charming, Pet Friendly, Creekside and Views!". I would add that the views were stunning, just want we needed to reset. From relaxing on the porch taking in the view, to the family playing ping pong and pool, to the (young adult) kids having fun finding salamanders in the creek, we had a wonderful time. Also, Waterrock Knob trail is nearby and a fun short trail. When a storm came through and affected the A/C, Loriel and Adam were immediately responsive, with the A/C up and running within 1/2 day. I gave 4 stars to the property but Loriel stated that after our stay that much of the back area was getting a fresh coat of paint -- I'm confident it is a 5 star rating now!

Maggie Valley Getaway

We truly enjoyed our time at Mountain Dreams cottage. Great mountain views and the soothing sounds of the creek made it one of the most relaxing places we’ve ever stayed. The kitchen had everything we needed-one of the best equipped I’ve ever seen in a VRBO. Great location-we went to Cherokee, Waynesville and Dillsboro. Loriel was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We ran out of propane for the grill one night and she had another one to us in 20 minutes! We highly recommend this cottage and have already booked a return visit. Thank you, Loriel and Adam for a wonderful time!

This cottage is dreamy!

Mountain Dreams is a beautiful cottage that located in Maggie Valley. This cottage has everything that you need. We stayed for 4 days and only left for breakfast once. The beds are very comfortable. The best beds in a vrbo in a long time. The sounds of stream is relaxing and loved the fire pit area. It is so pretty and love the care that was given to the cottage with a fireplace. The games and game room was the inside entertainment. Love the game room! The name of the cottage is perfect! We dreamed of retiring to this view. It was gorgeous! We will be back The host Loriel and Adam were always available if we needed anything. They were very helpful! Thank you again for sharing your “dreamy” house with us. We will be back. Diane

Weekend getaway

This property is AMAZING! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay; gorgeous views, plenty of room, game room for the kids (and adults) easy to get to, close to Maggie Valley and plenty of shopping, sight-seeing, Soco Falls, Cherokee, etc. Creek right next to the cabin will lull you to sleep at night and it’s a great spot for pics and a little hiking. The view of the mountains from the front porch is my favorite part. We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time! Book it, you won’t regret it!

Will Stay Here Again

We just got back from our stay in Maggie Valley, and this cabin couldn’t have been better. We had great communication with the owners about our arrival and checking to see if we needed anything. We did not have any issues, but felt like if we did, they would do anything they could to resolve quickly. I am not sure we have ever stayed in a place so well stocked. They owners have thought of everything. We appreciated how the cabin was decorated and the extra comfortable bed. Loved the view from the big windows. It’s also in a great location to easily get to Waynesville and Cherokee and surrounding areas as well. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We came here for a long weekend to relax with family and that’s just what we experienced. The property was quiet, clean and peaceful. Everyone was comfortable and slept well. It’s a great place and we’d love to stay again.

Polar Express Experience

We made the trip up from SC to go to Bryson City for the train ride, with our adult daughter and her fiance. FYI for those who want to ride the train, book early (July, August). Wear matching pj's, it makes for great pictures! The cottage was beautifully decorated, and very clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, small details of measuring spoons and coffee was appreciated. Also appreciated was the lack of clutter that some rentals contain. Perfect amount of very comfortable seating both upstairs and downstairs to in the game room. The outside property was clean, the creek sounds were so relaxing. The distance to restaurants and various shops is perfect. We have already booked a spring trip, hoping to bring some more family.
