Peaceful , Scenic cabin with stunning views. Close to many outdoor hiking/ kayaking adventures . Very near blue ridge parkway. Driveway was not an issue for our Subaru Outback even when covered with wet leaves after rain! Plenty of dog friendly hikes in the National forests nearby .

I can't say enough good things about this cabin. It is clean. It is comfortable and homey. I felt safe taking walks alone. It is week stocked. King bed is very comfortable. It is wonderfully secluded. Gordon is a great host. Listen to his instructions, the gps isn't right. We loved it and will be returning for sure.

Our stay was great! The house was secluded and quiet, while still being close to town. I personally had great cell and internet service with Verizon. It had everything we needed for our weekend getaway, but would be great for an extended vacation as well. The home was very clean, and well cared for, everything worked as it should. Our host was great, responded quickly, and check in was a breeze. We're looking forward to staying again in the future!

I got there the cabin was very clean, well kept, incredible view and well secluded. i did have an issue with the hot tub not working, they were very responsive and got it working in a timely manner!

Away from the world

It takes a bit to drive up to this location, but it was so worth it. Great views, plenty of privacy and nice accommodations. Only draw back was the difficulty with the wi-fi. There was a crew laying down fiber optic cable in the neighborhood, so maybe that will be in the future for this place.

Wonderfully Calming

My Wife and I stayed in this beautiful cabin for a week in November while the leaves all fell off the trees. All the essential needs were easily accessible, and the cabin was in wonderful shape. Be careful of the driveway climb. The host is correct to recommend 4x4.

Our first visit to the Smokies

Property was pretty much as expected. The owner, Gordon, checked on us via email the day we arrived. We used the home as a base of operation to relax and see the neighboring communities of Waynesville, Maggie Valley, Sylva, and Gatlinburg. A good stay.

Great mountain getaway

We had a wonderful stay. Everything you could need was provided and the location was so close to the Blue Ridge Parkwqy. We were able to explore all around. Our favorite find was close to the cabin, the Soco waterfall. We highly recommend stopping by. And the cabin was so clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing Trip

We had a couple issues that were beyond anyone's control but Gordon was very responsive and handled everything immediately. Great secluded spot that is only a short drive to lots of activities and shops. It rained several days that we were here but there were lots of games and movies to keep us entertained. Was a very relaxing trip.

Home Away From Home

If we could move into this cabin we would in a heartbeat! Such a beautiful location off the beaten path and away from all things stressful and u healthy! Gordon was an amazing host who was so tentative to our needs and checked in us frequently!! The cabin was as clean, well stocked with cooking utensils, spices, oil..you name it, he had it!! The hot tub was amazing in the evenings after long hikes in the park. We had quite the storm with high winds and major rain but the power was a champ and held on for dear life through it all!! We will definitely be coming back with our kids and our dog for our annual summer trip if he’ll have us!!

Me and some friends stayed here for a week and everything was flawless, great location, great cabin, everything was labeled, everything worked, it was very easy to get in touch with the host. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Amazing property!

The only complaint that I have is that I couldn’t stay longer. The property manager was quick to respond to our questions (which were minimal). Maggie’s Valley reminds me of something out of a Hallmark movie, but we were honestly just as happy to stay in the cabin as we were to go in to town. First class experience for sure!

Love the wolves theme and quietness.

It was easy getting to the property. When we pulled up to the house it looked just like the picture on their site. when we went inside it was beautiful. We loved the pictures of wolves and all the other things that matched. The house was very clean it had all the utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans that we needed to cook. Beds slept very comfortable and the bedrooms had the wolf theme also. We felt right at home. Even the hottub was very relaxing. Very clean bathrooms and we loved the actual guietness of the home and mountains. It really was HOME AWAY FROM HOME. we will rent from this management again. We didn't want to leave.. Maggie and Danny.

This property delivered!

In choosing a cabin we were looking for several things: a king sized bed, comfy furniture, a hot tub, a beautiful view and seclusion—and this placed delivered! Gordon was quickly responsive to our needs. The bed was especially comfortable. (And an added bonus—the kitchen even had a knife sharpener!) We left just wishing we could have stayed longer.

Perfect Retreat

We picked this property as an escape from the summertime heat of the city where we live. It was absolutely perfect for that purpose. The property itself is well-designed and maintained, the amenities are top-notch, and the proximity to all kinds of things to do in and around Asheville and the Smokey Mountains means you'll never get bored. We'll be back.
