    On the ground level, the home welcomes you with a dining room fitted with practical and antique furnishings, an open-hearth fireplace, a radio, a heating stove, and a boiler. Please be aware that door heights throughout the property measure 175 cm. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects seamlessly to the living area, with a direct exit to the terrace. A shower and WC are also located on this floor, complemented by underfloor heating throughout.

    The upper floor is accessed via an exterior staircase and comprises 3 separate rooms, each with a door height of 175 cm. The first room features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with an electric heater. The second room is furnished with 1 sofabed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a DVD player, and an electric heater. The third room contains 1 sofabed measuring 120 cm in width and 195 cm in length. A separate WC serves the upper floor, and natural stone floors add character throughout this level.
