"totally amazing service never seen something like that 😍 The power went off in the whole area, but even though the staff was amazing, got candles to my room so it wasn’t dark , they picked me up in my cabin when it was raining, or so dark you couldn’t see anything 😍 they helped arrange safari trip and a drive to Mirissa after my stay 😍 "

"Enjoyed the atmosphere of the place and the rooms were very good. My partner was very disappointed though as she love animals and she saw a couple of the staff be cruel to the few dos there by spraying fly spray in their face. That did upset her."

"La Pentera is a unique property and it is conveniently located around 30 minutes drive to the entrance of the Udawalawe National Park. Our host is very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond our expectations and making sure we have the best time in the property. The evening walk around the lake area is awesome, and the hammocks, swings and mini rock climb is nice too. We had our best Sri Lankan cuisine in this resort, the chicken curry is full of flavours and spices. Definitely recommend...

Fick en egen jeep som körde runt oss utan stress och under en hel eftermiddag i nationalparken till ett bra pris. Såg många elefanter, fåglar, krokodiler, apor, vattenbuffel, hjort, mm Trevlig personal som ville vårt bästa och som tom. fixade fram några öl genom att skick bud med Tuk-tuk. Suverän service. "Toted as being one of the most remote hotels in SL the hotel did not disappoint. Fabulous location and well run for such a remote site. You certainly got a sense of the rainforest by the time you got there. Our container was comfortable and the bar and dinning rooms spacious. As vegetarians we were a little bored with curry and rice yet again but it was nice not to have to face another buffet dinner as dinner was served to you.
