I lived everything about the property. But we couldn’t check in on time because they forgot to send us the link to check in. They send us the link at 3:35 and normal check in time is 3 o’clock. They knew we were waiting but things went wrong. Next day water heater went out but they fixed it thankfully. Next day the internet kept going off and on and kept messing with the key link. So we had to get an actual key to open the door. Other than that loved the property and staff of the hotels.

Spacious apartment in a great location
Lovely clean and spacious apartment in a great central location. Perfect for a family with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

It is super clean and very nice. It had air conditioning which was really nice. The apartment was super nice and I’d definitely recommend staying here

Excelente lugar para quedarse en familia! Me encanto que me respondieran rapidamente. No me gusto que tiene fotos de una terraza y fue uno de los motivos por el cual hice la reservacion pero el apartamento que elegi no tenia terraza segun me explicaron! Creo que travelocity deberia aclarar eso durante el proceso de reserva y pago. Me gusto lo limpio que esta el lugar, lo centrico que esta ubicado, al frente del edificio hay dos supermercados que hicieron nuestra estadia mas facil en cuanto a los desayunos. Me gusto lo facil que es entrar y salir sin miedo de que se te olvide tu llave! En fin si vuelvo a Madrid me quedaria en este lugar todas las veces que lo visite! Buena suerte y disfruten su estadia como yo y mi familia lo hicimos! Yo les doy un 100/100 ❤️❤️❤️

I loved the location of this apartment. Walking distance to many places. Didn’t like that there was no room service unless you stayed longer than 7 days. And if you did stay longer than 7 days you had to schedule a service call. Not sure if this is required but the person communicating through what’s app with me kept on insisting to send them a picture of all of our passports when I had entered them when I first checked in. Not sure if it was a scam but I didn’t feel comfortable sending anyone a picture of our passport.

Communication issue
Team have terrible communication problem, they barely answer back. Check in was terrible since they didn’t send the building access codes in advance and they delayed the delivery of the flat until 5 pm while we were waiting in the street. They have Mr. Juan who is great in communication, and showed up the second day and saved our stay. Whiteout him, their communication is terrible!

Fin lejlighed med fuldt køkken. Ligger godt centralt. Eneste minus var manglende plads til at sidde ved et spisebord. Der var kun et lille bord/disk, som var så skrå at tallerkner var ved at glide af. Men perfekt sted, hvis I regner med at spise ude.

Skøn lejlighed helt perfekt og meget rent. Beliggenhed var god. Fik ikke koderne til døren til tiden, men først efter flere opkald, ophold til hotels og sendte mail, vi vi dem, heldigvis landede vi sent, så det gik Den automatiske dør var svær at finde ud af, det tig ca tre forsøg hver gang vi skulle åbne døren. Men trods lidt kommunikations mangel og døren, kommer vi gerne tilbage den denne skønne lejlighed.

Struttura pulita e ben posizionata. Dopo qualche problema con l email per ricevere il codice dell appartamento, ci hanno subito risposto via whatsapp con tutte le istruzioni e in 10 minuti eravamo dentro. L’importanza di avere comunque una reception e rispondere ai clienti in caso di problemi fa di questa struttura una delle migliori. Top!!
