Apartment sits in a premier neighborhood, 3 minutes from final metro station (rides provided if you don't have a car). Quiet "Bosque" (forest) surroundings. You can walk around for hours on the trails that cross and surround the neighborhood. Green park with small river nearby, great for picknicks etc. Great for families, couples, individuals, for clean air, no noise after sightseeing. Neighborhood has vista locations where you can enjoy the night sky or see the sun come up. April to about October is pool time. There is a tennis court. Great for bikers, there are loads of mountainbike trails. Golf course & restaurants nearby. Center Madrid is about 25 min by car 40 min by public transport. Free parking available, perfect starting location for trips to Segovia, Avila, Toledo and more!

If you are new to the platform, please note that you are not renting the entire villa, only the appartment. We live in the remainder of the house. We will give you your space if you need privacy and quiet, but like to engage with our guests also. We will share the garden, tennis court and pool, but can arrange private hours for your use only.
