The location is fantastic, the room is as pictured you are in very close walking proximity of nearly everything you want to see. The room has a great fan, figure out how to use it early on to keep the apartment cool.

The studio was very nice, super clean,with all the amenities you may need, big refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave.It was close to el Palacio Real and walking distance to many places. I highly recommend it

The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we required. The check in was easy and the host was pleasant. We enjoyed our stay!

We were greeted in person by Yadira who showed us the features of the apartment which is recently renovated. The mix of old (60 cm thick walls) and new ( lacquered cupboards) made it quite attractive. We were within a short walk to the Cathedral and the Royal Palace as well as to Mercado San Miguel and Playa Mayor. (All must-sees). The small apartment was just what we needed for 2 of us for a few days.

We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from the U.S., and my boyfriend was feeling quite unwell and exhausted from the journey. Our original plan was to drop off our luggage and explore the city from 9 a.m. until the official 4 p.m. check-in time. However, Michel, our wonderful host, kindly allowed us to check in early. It was such a huge relief to be able to rest, recover, and recharge after our long trip. We truly appreciated his thoughtfulness and flexibility! Michel also used translation tools to make sure I understood all the details, which was very helpful and considerate. The studio was exactly as described, and everything met our expectations. The kitchen and other amenities were especially useful and new because we needed to prepare meals for a special diet. There was also a grocery store just a four-minute walk away, which made everything very convenient.. The location was excellent, with many major attractions within easy walking distance. When the windows were open, we could hear children playing, possibly from a nearby elementary school. However, once we closed the windows, the noise was no longer an issue. At night, the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. The studio was just the right size for preparing our own meals, and the bed was very comfortable. A small tip for future guests: bring your own hair conditioner and body lotion, as shampoo and body wash are provided, but these additional toiletries may not be available. Perfect apartment for 2

Great location walking distance to many sites. Great modern style. Bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. We would recommend!

Perfect apartment in downtown Madrid

This VRBO was perfect for what I needed. Very clean and friendly - and quiet! The bed was very comfortable. It was chilly, so I used the space heater which worked wonderfully. The bathroom was lovely. I felt safe and very comfortable. Thank you for your hospitality!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Madrid!

It doesn’t get better than this apartment for a place to stay in Madrid. Immaculately clean, a perfect combination of modern (appliances, floors, bath and cabinets) and historic (exposed brick and stone walls), and an ideal location — a 10 minute walk to Plaza Mayor and to the Royal Palace. You’re never more than a 10 Uber ride to anything in the city center—including the Prado Museum. And at night, it’s pin-drop quiet, so you’ll sleep well on the comfy bed. There’s a small grocery store less than 5 minutes away where you can get some things for breakfast. Also, the host was there to greet me when my car from the airport arrived and, thanks to Google translate, we were able to communicate well. This is truly one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had with an apartment rental. I’d stay here again in a second!
