This home was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out and the location was perfect for walking to attractions and meals. The host was also very responsive and kind.

This property was beautiful and spacious! Central to all sites. Surrounded by restaurants. Very gracious hosts to accommodate our every need. I highly recommend staying at Heima. Thank you for everything and arranging airport pickup and early arrival. 5 stars!!

We stayed at this lovely apartment during our one week visit to Madrid and it was perfect. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, communication with property manager was easy and always got a prompt response. The apartment was clean and ver spacious , plenty of room for our family of 7. And the LOCATION! It was in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, bars and grocery stores. Right in the middle of everything but yet quiet and private. I would highly recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Madrid.

We had a great experience at this apartment. It was quite large and fit 8 of us easily. It’s in a great location and we were able to get to most sights by walking. The hosts were easily reachable and responded to our questions quickly. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Appartement très très bien situé mais pour 10 adultes avec des lits superposés et non précisés (note lit gigogne) et aucune photographie de ces chambres dans l annonce .. Déçus pour les deux couples qui nous accompagnaient Et de nombreux petits dégâts non réparés exemple pieds de chaises qui ne tenaient pas, un pick dans la baignoire, le bras droit du fauteuil d entrée abîmé et caché sur un plaid.. Nous étions 10 il manquait des chaises pour manger à table ..

I can’t say enough amazing things about this apartment. The location is fantastic, restaurants and shops all around. I’m walking distance if everything. Apt is immaculate, check in process was seem less. There were a lot of extras like enough coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels etc we didn’t have to go buy more. There were 8 people in our group and so much space and separation if needed. Everyone had their own space and quiet areas. Simply perfect!! 10 stars! communication Heima Homes (Raul and Miguel) was fantastic! We opted for transport service from airport to the apt and its was seamless and worth the money to go from plane to car. Thank you Heima Homes!

The apartment was the perfect combination of public spaces for group gatherings and bedrooms for private retreats. With 4 bedrooms we weren’t stumbling over each other there, either. The one issue was that a chair broke, but management was responsive in addressing that.

Big space, close to many activities. The apartment unfortunately needs some updates, and deep cleaning. Some of the appliances and one of the showers did not work. Nonetheless we enjoyed our time and management was communicative and friendly.

Loved the place. Elevator a little confusing but figured it out. The beds were super comfortable, they were memory. Perfect for the five of us. Great square down the street and great places to eat. Grocery 5 minute walk everything is close by.

We were an extended family of 10 looking to stay together in Madrid and found this apartment. It’s in an elegant, prewar apartment building with one large apartment per floor. Very comfortable for 6, ok for 8 but was tight for 10. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (the shower in one exploded when the faucet came off and there were no doors so everything flooded-the manager said they were fixing the shower from a prior stay but they didn’t inform us. The two small bedrooms are very small with bunk beds which were not appropriate for teenagers. We loved the old-world elegance, big common spaces and location.

The property manager was excellent and always available for any questions, concerns and assistance. They really made our stay carefree. the property is spacious, clean, comfortable and very nice. We stayed during a heat wave (104degrees) and the AC in all the rooms worked wonderfully!! Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely apartment. The beds were comfortable, the Air Conditioning was great on hot days. The internet only works in the living room, but that was fine as we were out in the city most of the days. The group from Heima Homes were good about getting back to me when I needed questions and they arranged transfers to and from the airport which really helped us. The location was very central and we could walk anywhere in the city. It was perfect for our family vacation.

Heima’s house was perfect for our party. It’s well appointed and in a wonderful location in Centro. As well, Heima is such a delight to work with. She was always available and responsive about the house and in helping us with things to do. We were able to walk almost every where including the Prado, parks, Marketplace, and restaurants. It’s also very quiet and the beds were comfortable. If you are traveling from the US, you’ll want to get a few converter boxes that are round and can be inserted into a circle since the electrical plugs are inverted into the walls. Heima was able to direct us to where we could quickly buy new converters, but if you have a short trip it would be more efficient to have them with you. Truly an amazing home and a wonderful time. We would definitely come back again.

The property is absolutely delightful. It is in a perfect location close to most points of interest in the city. There are excellent places to eat in the area. It is busting with life, feels very safe and not noisy. The property is modern and clean. The hosts are very helpful. I highly recommend this property. You will not regret it.

The property was nicely appointed and the host company extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. We stayed during the heat of summer, and the air conditioning worked well in the living and dining rooms and fairly well in most bedrooms (the room that we used as the master bedroom struggled a bit). There is no air conditioning in the kitchen or bathrooms / dressing room, though this is standard I believe for the area. The apartment is located in what we thought was a perfect area - away from the main tourist areas so not too busy, yet full of restaurants and bars to walk to in a lively but not crowded setting. A few tourist sites are minutes' walk away while others we reached by taxi no more than 10 minutes or so. Wonderful location!

Apartment was in a perfect location, well equipped, and was very spacious and modern. They were helpful when we needed to drop off luggage early and gave great recommendations. Would definitely stay again.
