Cozy and modern studio of approximately 20 m² located in the heart of Madrid, ideal for enjoying the city with total comfort and excellent connection to the main points of interest. The space has been designed in a practical and functional way to take advantage of every corner and offer a comfortable stay for a maximum of 2 people.

The main living area features a double sofa bed equipped with ready-to-use bedding. In front of it you will find a Smart TV with channels and applications available to enjoy during your stay.

In the same space is the dining area, with a table for two diners, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary: electric cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, cutlery, and basic tableware.

The studio also has a washing machine, hot water heater, and ironing equipment for added comfort during seasonal stays.

The bathroom is complete and features a shower, mirror, toilet, and courtesy amenities such as shampoo and soap for the first days of your stay. Towels are also provided.

The apartment has air conditioning and heating to ensure a comfortable stay at any time of year. Cleaning is always done professionally before each arrival.

Note: this apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, it will be necessary to sign a seasonal lease contract and justify the reason for the stay.

We are GuestReady, a rental management company, and we want to ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if you need help during your stay. Please note that this is a private residence, so we ask that you take care of it as if it were your own.

The studio is located in the heart of Madrid, one of the most vibrant and sought-after areas of the city, in the Malasaña neighborhood. It is a privileged location, surrounded by a wide range of services that facilitate daily life during medium or long-term stays. Just a few steps away you will find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, small neighborhood shops, and the renowned San Ildefonso Market, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, modern cafés, and charming bars.

The area is especially known for its dynamic, cultural, and cosmopolitan atmosphere, ideal for those coming for work, studies, or medical reasons who want to be well connected without giving up an active urban life.

As for transport, the location is excellently connected. Within a few minutes' walk are metro stations such as Tribunal and Noviciado, as well as several bus lines that quickly connect you with the rest of the city, train stations, and major points of interest in Madrid.

A perfect location to move easily around the city while enjoying authentic Madrid lifestyle.

You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro station, Tribunal, is only a 4-minute walk away.

Madrid Barajas Airport is 30 minutes' drive from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. You must have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; physical keys are not used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in on request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the check-in registration.

Note: this apartment is for temporary rental. It is not available for tourist stays. To complete the reservation, it is essential to sign a seasonal lease contract and provide the reason for your stay. After the reservation, you will receive the contract for signature. Without the signature, the reservation will be cancelled without right to refund.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen paper, sponge, dishwashing products, and garbage bag. If you need additional cleaning or bedding during your stay, please let us know and we will be happy to provide them at an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy in the property, but guests can smoke in outdoor areas of the accommodation if available. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of €200 minimum for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
