This modern 35 m² studio, recently renovated and fully equipped, has been designed to offer a comfortable, practical and welcoming stay, whether for business trips, studies or a city getaway.

The apartment is on the ground floor with direct street access and features an open and functional space. Upon entry you will find the main area, equipped with a comfortable 1.50 m double bed, sofa bed, built-in wardrobe and desk, ideal for remote work or studying. It also has a 50" TV and high-speed WiFi connection for you to enjoy your moments of rest.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster and complete tableware so you feel at home from day one.

The bathroom is complete and modern, with a shower and all the necessary amenities. Bed linens and basic toiletries are provided for your stay.

The property is located in Usera, a quiet, authentic and very well-connected neighborhood in the south of Madrid, ideal for those seeking comfort and quick access to the city center. In addition to having all the necessary services, Usera stands out for its multicultural atmosphere and wide gastronomic offer.

Transport and nearby services

Plaza Elíptica metro station (Lines 6 and 11) is about 7-9 minutes walking away, with quick connection to downtown Madrid in approximately 15 minutes. There are also several bus lines to the center, such as routes 47 and 247, plus easy access to taxis and VTC services.

In the surroundings you will find everything you need for daily life: supermarkets like Dia Market and Covirán, food shops, pharmacies and small local shops a few minutes' walk away. In addition, Plaza Río 2 shopping center is about 10 minutes by car.

For those who enjoy sports and green areas, very close by you will find the Emperatriz María de Austria Park and Madrid Río, perfect for walking, running or relaxing in the open air. There is also a GoFit gym just 7 minutes walking.

Health and emergencies

The area has good health coverage, with the Usera Health Center and Hospital 12 de Octubre nearby. For any emergency in Spain, the general number is 112.

Gastronomy and local atmosphere

Usera is known as Madrid's "Little Asia" thanks to its wide variety of Asian restaurants and multicultural atmosphere. Some recommended options are Bammbao, Royal Cantonese and Sichuan. You will also find Latin food options like Xatruch's and traditional Spanish cuisine like Pasamar.

Thanks to its excellent public transport connection, from the apartment you can easily visit some of Madrid's most emblematic places, such as the Prado Museum, Retiro Park, Royal Palace of Madrid or El Rastro, famous for its weekend and holiday market.

And if you want to enjoy typical Madrileño gastronomy, do not miss the cocido madrileño at La Bola or Malacatín, as well as the classic calamari sandwich at Plaza Mayor.

You can easily reach the property by public transport and by car.

The nearest train station, Plaza Elíptica, is only 7 minutes on foot.

Madrid Barajas airport is 22 minutes by car from the property.

Check-in at this accommodation is self check-in with smart lock. You need to have a smartphone with battery and internet connection; no physical keys are used. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the access link and instructions a few days before your arrival, once your check-in registration is complete.

We provide basic amenities for the first days of your stay: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, sponge, dish washing products and garbage bag. If you need cleaning or additional bed linens during your stay, let us know and we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property, but guests may smoke in the outdoor areas of the property if it has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a penalty of at least €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a reasonable use policy for public utilities will apply with a limit of 80 euros.
