Please read!Location is fantastic, but the building, apartment, and service were way below average. The building is old, which should add character, but is run down and aesthetically not good. Upon arrival we encountered a door totally off the hinges, electrical outlets hanging from the wall, MOLD, and clogged drains. Are you looking for a good night sleep? Don’t bother! There is a nightclub, boy berry, on the 1st floor and the mattresses are hard as a rock. The apartment has a serious electrical problem! The circuit breaker trip if you ran several items at the same time. So you have to choose between heat, TV, microwave, hair dryer, lights, etc. the heating unit in the living room never worked and the apartment was cold as heck! They provided us with portable heating units, but those would trip the circuit.I raised the electrical issue several times and their solution was to let the circuit cool down and turn it back on. Really! I mentioned this could be a fire hazard and had no response from the management company. The apartment was remodeled, but is a DYI gone wrong! Bad finishes, cracked counters, MOLD, amenities not as described. And attention, the apartment advertises 2 bathrooms, but in reality you only get 1 toilet. We were 5 adults and it was very inconvenient. Really not worth the money.
