Muchas gracias tomas por tus comentarios, es un placer saber que tuvo una bonita estancia y que todo fue maravilloso.Referente al bullicio, al localizarnos en el centro de Madrid es una zona con mucho transito, pero disponemos también de apartamentos interiores, estos dan a un patio interior y no a la plaza, siempre que necesite ayuda para reservar el apartamento que mejor se adapte a sus necesidades nuestro equipo de atención al cliente puede ayudarle.Ojalá verte pronto de vuelta en Madrid o en otra de nuestras localizaciones como Londres, Milan o Berlin.

Your comments will help our company to follow our mission which consists of delivering memorable stays to our guests as well as providing them the best stay ever. That is the reason why we are grateful for the time that you have invested on giving us feedback.After carefully reading and investigating what could happen during your stay, with the different departments involved we are really sorry to read that we were not able to meet your expectations even though we made everything that was in our hands to make you feel at home. That is why, we would like to apologize again for the inconveniences that you faced during your journey with us.I would also like you to know that we tried to contact you by phone in order to apologize personally again and listen to you as your opinion is truly important for us, but it was not possible on this occasion . We tried really hard to solve the situation but unfortunately, we did not have a suitable apartment for 4 people on that night except the one that you were in, but considering you were 3 guests and the off-hours of our on-site staff, we provided the first night in a 3-person apartment with the assurance of priority relocation to a larger space the following day.We understand that this solution did not meet your preferences, and you opted to manage the situation independently, including changing the sheets yourself.As you also know, the very first thing we did the next morning was to offer you our maintenance and cleaning teams help, to check the bathroom frame and change the sheets, but as per your request we could not enter the room until 5pm. Nevertheless, the operations team that was in the building at that time, went personally to apologize and offered to change the sheets for you.Please be assured that our team made every effort to resolve the situation promptly, and we also extended compensation, including complimentary breakfast and a partial refund as a gesture for all inconveniences.Once again, we are sorry that the solutions offered were not to your satisfaction. We hope you can give us another opportunity in the future to demonstrate that this was an isolated case, and you get to enjoy our 5 star service next time.
