"Väldigt fina rum. Hade lite problem med att komma in men det löstes väldigt snabbt och smidigt av ansvariga på plats. Platsen låg väldigt bra i Arona med promenadavstånd till bra restauranger. Rummen var lite kalla men det var en väldigt skön och varm säng så man sov fantastiskt bra."

"Very nice hotel, modern and great quality. The employees very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast in the morning needs a little more variety and the same with the waitress head that needs a little bit more kindness. "Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung verlief problemlos via WhatsApp. Der CheckIn verlief ebenfalls problemlos via QR Code und Schlüsselkasten. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Der kleine Spa Bereich ist ein kleines Highlight. Parken kann man direkt vor seinem Haus. Einziger Nachteil vielleicht, dass es sehr hellhörig ist und je nachdem was man für Nachbarn hat oder Hunde, die bellen, kann es für den ein oder anderen störend sein. "

The town location and the lakeside terrace are fantastic and the extended grapevine-covered balcony from the master bedroom is very special. "Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Beim Check-in hat uns ein kleiner kulinarischer Leckerbissen erwartet und auch beim Check-out gab es noch ein persönliches Geschenk. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir können sie nur weiterempfehlen. Der See ist auch in unmittelbarer Nähe und perfekt für eine Abkühlung im Sommer. "

"This is a classic Italian villa with beautiful grounds and scenic views of the lake and mountains. The garden is beautifully kept and we enjoyed using the pool but sadly couldn’t make the most of the grounds due to the poor weather. Dennis the house keeper was incredible and always on hand to answer any questions we had. "El hotel es antiguo, no tenía aire acondicionado activado, no te ofrecen botella de agua como complemento en la habitación, tampoco café o té , el esatacionamiento lo cobran 20 Euros por la estadía y después del Checkout son 3 Euros la hora, si vas a visitar las islas demorarás 6 horas es decir 18 Euros más . Lo que sí, el desayuno es muy bueno, aunque los mozos un poco descorteses ."
