Morgan Wallen concert

We gifted our oldest and two of her friends concert tickets in Madison. We booked the home to give the teenagers their space. We loved it! The location was close to everything, including the stadium. We were equally as impressed with the outdoor setting, heated tile floors and laundry access. The teens loved the downstairs game room. Morning walks around the lake were gorgeous.

A must stay

We were in Madison for work and needed a place to rent last minute. The property owner was so gracious and attentive. The property is very well appointed and the setting is wonderful. I highly recommend renting here and will do so in the future!!

Lovely home

We loved our stay at this property. We visited in the winter so were unable to take advantage of all of the outdoor beauty but the hot tub overlooking the waterway was wonderful. We were in town to experience all that Madison has to offer including a Badger men’s basketball game. Easy access to state street and the Capitol area with short rides. House was clean and well set up with comfortable beds, great bathrooms, and shared areas for enjoying time together. We would definitely return!

Christmas Family Time

Perfect Stay in a Peaceful, Fun-Filled Home Near the Expo

We enjoyed a relaxing stay on Winnequah during the World Dairy Expo. So many positives to share. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the house itself spotless, spacious, and really comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the modern bathrooms included plenty of soft towels that felt like a treat. We loved the great acoustics for playing guitar and had a blast in the entertainment area with classic PacMan and Centipede arcades, darts and a pool table. The large deck, overlooking the water and beautiful trees, was perfect for enjoying meals together. The location couldn't have been better—so close to the Alliant Energy Center. We are already planning to book for next year!

great property for a large group

Beautiful property in a wonderful neighborhood. Truly an ideal location nearby nice places to eat and trails to bike/walk on. The check-in process was seamless and the home is robust with amenities. Would recommend this property in a heartbeat for anyone looking to share a space with larger groups of people.

Great girls getaway

We had a great time at the lake house! Every room was very clean and very nicely prepared! They beds were incredibly comfortable and the showers were awesome! Plenty of room in the main floor, kitchen, patio, basement and backyard for a large group! Host was great with communication even when we arrived!

Madison House on the Water

Everything about this house is beautiful--waterfront, kayaks, hot tub, paddleboards, pool table. Nice and clean and very nicely outfitted. The only reason for a four star review is the advertised price compared to final price after hidden fees. Hidden fees added 50% more to the cost.

Nice Stay

The house was perfect for a co-worker Galentine's Day gathering. There were good gathering spaces for everyone, or for parts of our group, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking.

Great space and location

The property was great - easy to find, great location, easy commute to UW. The hosts were helpful and accommodating. The main floor showers had awesome upgrades, and the details (like labeled switches and drawers) helped us feel right at home right away. We hope to be back for fun next time!

Great stay in Madison

Weekend trip to Madison with friends for Badgers basketball game. Great spot not far from downtown and airport. House was in great shape everyone enjoyed their stay.

Make sure to get travel insurance if you book this property!

We booked this home to gather and celebrate my father's 88th birthday. Sadly, Wisconsin weather took a turn for the worse with travel advisories statewide/nationwide AND my father got Covid. I understand the cancelation policy but was hoping that we could reschedule due to circumstances or at least have a partial credit to rebook with him. The answer was a firm NO. (Unless someone else swooped in to rebook the house for the weekend, which was highly unlikely.) The airlines, rentals car agency and caterer all gave refunds but this homeowner showed no empathy. Just a word of caution; book travel insurance with this property. Not the most compassionate owner (and we have a VRBO property ourselves.)

Close to Madison

Easy to find, clean, had a lot of the essentials, liked that everything was labeled. My adult kids loved he pool table, darts, and Centipede video game. Had a lot to offer for the whole family. My only complaint would be that some newer frying pans are needed. Thank you for a great stay!

Madison stay

The house was perfect, the host was attentive and prompt with questions, the area was welcoming. Would love to come back when the weather is warm so we can take advantage of all the water activities and outdoor entertainment.
