Spent the Christmas holiday in this cute and spotless unit, which was perfect for us. The host even set out some fun Christmas decorations. It had everything we needed, the host was extremely responsive, and perfect location with a great coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. I expect we'll do this again.

Wonderful stay and we’d absolutely go back when we’re in town again.Property was well described, comfortable for our group and well appointed. King beds were comfy/soft and bathrooms were large, great towels and room for two to get ready at the same time easily. We were pleasantly surprised to see laundry in-unit, something we missed in the original description. The hosts were very friendly with excellent instructions on how to check in, where to park and in a very cute part of downtown with a cozy coffee shop nearby (1 min walk). Great communication!The property is roughly 20 mins to downtown Madison- and an easy 20 minutes at that.

Graduation for daughter

We had a wonderful stay here and thoroughly enjoyed Sun Prairie. It was perfect for the UW Madison graduation we were here for. It was just far enough to be out of the craziness in Madison but close enough to get back and forth. And the condo was so nice!!! Everyone loved it!!

Horse Fair getaway

The apartment was very clean and well stocked. We had one minor issue with the smoke detector and it was fixed very quickly. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet. Lovely coffee house and bar nearby. The host is quite friendly and easy to work with. Would recommend it and if we come back next year, will check in again.

Excellent experience, location and property

This property was a great place to stay for a visit to Madison and the surrounding area. We booked for our trip to Sun Prairie as well as a day of skiing at Cascade Mountain in Portage. Sun Prairie is a great place to stay that gives easy access to many of the attractions in the area and provides a great home base. The propery itself was exactly as described and has plenty of room for a family. With two bedrooms and bathrooms to make sure everyone is comfortable. It was clean and Chris was great with communication and made sure we had all we needed. Do yourself a favor and walk across the parking lot to Beans & Cream for coffee and breakfast burrito in the morning.

Cute Place in Sun Prairie Wi

My family stayed here over Christmas and it was a great place to stay. Bedrooms and baths were nice. The kitchen and family room were perfect to hang out for the 4 of us. This place would be even better in the summer with the farmers market going on!

Great little appartment - needs switch labels

Great location, sure beats a hotel.

I have stayed at Market Square 2 times now. For me it is a very central location as my family lives in Waunakee and Cottage Grove. The property is very clean and the communication from the owner is excellent.

Great location

Great location, clean, comfortable. Loved the walkable neighborhood, especially walking to coffee in the morning! 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms was also great. There’s some street noise so if you’re a light sleeper probably not the best spot for you. But, we slept well and loved it!

Good Stay

It’s was overall a great stay. For some reason we did have someone knock on our door in the middle of the night and when we opened the door no one was there. Don't know if it’s just teens pulling a prank… but very spacious, comfortable, and clean.
