"The host was great. Very accommodating, responsive and knowledgeable! The house was very clean. Smelled great soon as you open the door. Plenty of towels, and extra blankets. TVs were equipped with all the popular apps ready to use. We plan on coming back in the summer and will definitely check for availability here. Thank you for all your hospitality. Instructions upon check-in were very clear and concise, the lock was a little strange when closing the door but we didn't have any real issues with it. "When I arrived, the apartment was spotless. The host showed me where the thermostat was, so I was able to switch between AC and heat (Jersey in spring...prepare for all 4 seasons!). There is a family living upstairs, but they leave you alone and are so quiet, it's easy to forget someone lives upstairs. In my encounters with them, they were super nice. I would highly recommend this location, and would not hesitate to rent this apartment again."

"It was a very clean building and a beautiful, comfortable, nice sized apartment. We were supplied with a Kuerig brewer and pods. Laundry and dishwashing detergent was supplied. A 10 minute walk to Whole Foods and a few good restaurants nearby. The Broad Street Station was an 8 minute walk with frequent service to NY Penn Station. We.will definitely stay here in the future."
