"This house, although served the purpose due to the lack of available accommodations anywhere else in the area, was absolutely not as advertised. From the first day of arrival there was maintenance issues that where never fixed. The showers where not working so rather than come fix it the host asked my employee to crawl under the house to fix it but when he wasn't able to do that a maintenance man was sent over but he didn't fix it. Instead he left the materials to do so, which are still sitting...

"This is such a cute place and was perfect for me and my dog for three nights. I felt safe and enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood. The location was an easy drive to everything I wanted to do and Maddie was very responsive to any questions or concerns. This is like a guesthouse behind the "big house" so it is tucked in but you very much have your privacy as you access the property from a different street. "

"So there were some issues with the property with the a/c went out and some little caterpillars and spiders they fixed the a/c same day they did it themselves at night they called exterminator immediately they were super amazing and very helpful host and I recommend anyone to stay here..it’s very nice and clean it felt like a home while I stayed there so I highly recommend ❤️"

"Perfect location while visiting HPU campus. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and very family friendly. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and downtown Greensboro. The house was perfect for the weekend away, very clean, renovated, very nicely decorated. Little touches of flowers, pumpkins, and garden tomatoes made us feel right at home. Highly recommend. "

"My husband and I had to visit Greensboro unexpectedly over the Christmas holiday due to a family emergency. This cottage was the perfect accommodation and respite from the family events. The cottage was very roomy and immaculate in cleanliness, and very homey! The game room was a wonderful addition that helped us take our minds off everything. "The house was perfect for our stay in Greensboro. The owners were so helpful and great at communicating with us. All text's or email's to them were answered almost immediately. The home was exactly as it was pictured and provided everything we needed. Especially nice was the screened in back porch. We spent a lot of time out there reading and relaxing.
