The hotel is terrible. The interior design of the room needs a full review. We arrived 7PM and one reception is available as it is call for Magrib and fast breaking so he rushed our check in. Went up to the room and shocked with two single beds squeezed in a less than four meter square even though our booking is two twin beds. I went down complained to the same gentleman but he is hopeless cuz his peers and supervisors are away for fast breaking. He asked us to come after one hour and half and he will TRY to solve the problem. We were exhausted after a long drive but no one bother. Came after two hours and one supervisor came to help us and the surprisingly she has no idea about the complain so we have to start explain to her again - the surprise is she does not know anything about the set up of her hotel room and has to make some phone calls to understand the set up of the hotel room. She suggested to give us a handicap room and ask the bell room to show us the room. we agreed after seeing the room even it is tribble. They put beds in an empty area and block the cabinet and fridge, the fridge was overheated because the bed blocked the air pass and the funny thing the TV is above the bed so imagine how you can watch. Anyhow; we spent the night safely. The funny thing is all staff believe they have walked an extra step to help their customer but reality is not even Hospitality101 yet. This is not IHG members standards at all. Management is bad and staff needs a real training.
