Buena ubicación, hotel precioso
Situado al lado del aeropuerto y de la vía expreso (autovía) está perfectamente comunicado si vas con coche de alquiler para moverte por la isla, lo cual es muy recomendable. A pesar de ello el hotel es muy silencioso y tranquilo. Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Tiene varias piscinas, dos de agua salada a nivel del mar, bajo el acantilado. Todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al océano. El restaurante del hotel es magnífico, el personal muy amable y la comida excelente. Hay pocas habitaciones, con lo cual no es un hotel masificado. Perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del hotel, perfecto como base para explorar la isla.

UN PARAISO!!!!!
Es un paraiso en Madeira, habitaciones luminosas, grandes, con vistas al mar, totalmente confortables. El hotel esta al lado del aeropuerto, pero para nada molesta el sonido de los aviones. Tiene dos playas privadas que son un mini paraiso en el Atlantico, con poca gente porque el hotel tiene pocas habitaciones, estan muy bien cuidadas. Hay otra piscina clásica con tumbonas también muy agradable. El servicio del hotel amabilisimo, recepcionistas, camareros, todos totalmente focalizados en el cliente y en ofrecer un buen servicio. Es un hotel donde espero volver. Hemos estado ahí una semana y nos ha encantado. Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

This was a gem of a find. The facilities are slightly dated but the upkeep and condition is excellent. All of the staff that we encountered were superb. We felt that the selection that we had at the restaurant were very good and a good value. We'd recommend this hotel to our family and friends -- we would like to do a return visit ourselves!

Wonderful staff who can't do enough for their guests. The seawater pool is the main attraction (though the actual sea is about 1°C warmer for some reason). The food is excellent especially the scallops linguine. Very quiet despite being next door to the airport. Would stay again.

Absolutely loved this place. Staff incredible, property secluded and private. The ocean saltwater pool is so cool and unique. Beautiful views, we will definitely be back one day.

Hidden gem
It was a one day solo trip because the hotel was near the airport and offered a free shuttle when I got there. I was totally surprised by the service from the front desk. The wait staff and everybody there with a pleasant surprise Fabrício and Bernardo are especially helpful to me along with, Anna and Sarah what a wonderful stay there made

Our third stay at this superb hotel and we were welcomed back by many of the staff who were there on previous occasions. The staff are brilliant, attentive without being obtrusive. The food is excellent and the rooms very comfortable. Excellent facilities for what is quite a small hotel, which is why we like it so much and no doubt will be returning.

Such a lovely boutique hotel! Huge rooms, incredible ocean views, wonderful staff, very good food, no complaints at all!! The sea-level pool is extraordinary!!

Beautiful property. Great one night stay before flying out from Madeira. They have a shuttle to the airport. Easy walk into town.Breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Would highly recommend!

Tout à été parfait:)… Le personnel a été aux petits soins avec nous, la nourriture était excellente et variée, la piscine dans la mer est tellement … unique :)… Le site est ultra propre et situé à 2 minutes de l’aéroport … Que demander de plus?

This is a small hotel but with all the amenities of a larger establishment. The rooms are well appointed and big and if you stay in the main building every room has a terrace/balcony with sea view. The food is excellent and reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. Most importantly the staff are absolutely wonderful. I can not praise them highly enough.

We loved the amazing view of the ocean from our very clean and comfortable room. The pools are very private and we liked being able to swim right next to the ocean as well as in the ocean. The restaurant has great food at reasonable prices and the entire staff is very friendly and professional. We loved our stay and highly recommend!

Amazing hotel for a relaxing getaway
Amazing stay in Albatroz! The place is a paradise must when visiting in Madeira. The amazing pool by the ocean, the scenery views and the facilities makes it all worth. Diogo and the team were service-minded, professional and always with a smile on their faces. We were welcome som gold members and they even offered a very nice late check out. We appreciate their extra touch on our stay. We will surely come back!

A great stay
The location was spectacular and perfect for our last days on the island, as it was extremely easy to get to the airport. The receptionists were polite, friendly and helpful. The pool by the sea was instagram gold. We'll not forget it. I'll gladly return if I get the chance

Notre chambre était un peu sombre. Nous avons adoré la piscine dans les rochers sur la mer. Beaucoup de bruit de la route à la piscine d eau douce. Formidable amabilité de tout le personnel de l accueil et du restaurant. Bon restaurant , la carte pourrait avoir un plat nouveau chaque jour.

Uma das melhores piscinas do mundo!
Óptima equipa! Da recepção ao restaurante, o pessoal não é menos de excelente! O espaço é agradável. O exterior perde pelo ruído constante da via rápida que passa ao lado. A piscina com ligação ao mar é fantástica e é razão suficiente para ir a este hotel. O quarto é espaçoso mas o mobiliário pede remodelação urgente. A insonorização é fraca. O descanso dependente do comportamento do vizinho... Se for silencioso, o quarto é muito tranquilo. O pequeno almoço tem muita qualidade. O menu do restaurante é sofisticado e a alimentação tem uma relação qualidade preço correcta.

A great hotel. Perfect for a simple break. Charming place with brilliant staff, comfy beds and good food. It is near the airport but the planes are not actually a bother- the main problem is that you can hear the road behind you but it isnt loud and really didn’t bother us. Really enjoyed our stay.
