We took her advice - less can sometimes be more - and explored and enjoyed the local coastline and experieces to the full, ensuring we have to come back for more!! The house could use a few things to make a stay easier. Figuring out the appliances and washer is a task. The instruction books have been shredded to some degree over the years, and it took far too long to figure out the different appliances.
