Spacious apartment a short walk from the Cherry Blossom festival downtown. The unit is well maintained and well-equipped with everything my husband and I needed! Parking behind the apartment was convenient! Wonderful water pressure and great showerhead in the clawfoot tub, small “extras” of hygiene products were also a nice touch! Soft towels, a comfortable bed, and everything provided for morning coffee! We will definitely be back!

The property was easy to find. The driveway was a bit narrow but easy to pull into if you lined up the car and pulled in slowly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was nicely equipped as was the bathroom. The living room had privacy for the adult sleeping on the sofa pull-out by providing french doors between the rooms. The front porch/furniture needed a bit of cleaning so we didn't use it, but in fairness to the owner it has been a long winter and when the furniture/porch is clean is probably extremely comfortable and pleasant. The washer/dryer combo is very helpful. What was a plus is we have that identical combo in our home so we can vouch for their reliability. The house was very quiet/peaceful. The neighborhood itself felt very safe and the surrounding homes are absolutely beautiful. The entire area is worth a walkabout. One "small town feeling" we enjoyed was hearing train whistles and chiming church bells in the distance. We felt very comfortable/safe there and would stay there again. The owner did a wonderful job of anticipating what travelers would need and enjoy in this home. Definitely worth booking for a tranquil, relaxing stay.

We had an amazing time at this historic property right in the heart of downtown Macon. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The front porch area was the most enjoyable to have our breakfast every morning. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a nice quiet stay in a lovely area!

This was a great place, and my second time staying here (previous through a different platform). Its very quiet and only about a 10-15 min walk to downtown Macon. Parking is easy on the street as well. I highly recommend this property!

Nice quiet area close to downtown in a nice historic neighborhood. House reminds me of NYC without traffic and easy to park. If you like historic homes this is the one!

The home was just as described. Fully stocked kitchen area was great! The home had an awesome vibe. It was very cozy, spacious, and welcoming. We enjoyed playing games on the game cube (such a nice touch!). We loved the environment and the location. The host was very responsive and provided excellent directions re: check in. Check in and check out were super easy. We will plan to stay here again if ever in the area!

Awesome stay, as always! Apartment is super clean. Wonderful location. Absolutely love all the natural light that comes in throughout the apartment. One of our favorite features of the home is the huge front porch! It's so peaceful to sit on and enjoy your morning coffee. Nathan is a wonderful host & very responsive.

A relaxing, quiet place to be! Beautifully decorated and well-maintained. Bright lighting throughout, even good lamps for reading…rare in a high-ceilinged apartment. Pleasant and interesting walking neighborhood.
