"We found the unit to be clean easily accessible with having a car park literally at the door. After a long drive we found having room service available for a meal was excellent - the meal itself & customer service. Jimmy D's restaurant is also open to dine in - breakfast also available for room service if ordered the night before. We will definitely stay again. "

"I’ve stated this Motel a number of times and always find it clean tidy and very well located in the centre of town. Handy to all the shopping and dining options that you could ever want in Mackay. The lady that runs the place, Chantelle, always lovely and bubbly."
