"The home was clean, well-appointed Ted and as advertised. We loved the heated pool. Good access to mountain biking (we enjoyed the back route to 18 road), as well as grand junction. Highland Distillery was a very short drive and fun for everyone (even though we found it hard to leave the pool!). Nicole was incredibly responsive and helpful. We hope to stay again! "

"Our whole experience with this property was great. Great location, great ammenities, and great communication with hosts. We used the hot tubs, swingset, horseshoe pit, disc golf baskets, ping pong table and many of the games. Both houses were fully furnished and supplied. The beds were comfortable, and finally, I got to stay at a place with pillows I like! If we return to G.J. again with all our family, we would certainly stay here again. "

"I spent multiple nights here while in the area for work and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. It was a nice peaceful place outside the hustle and bustle of a town stay to unwind at the end of the day. The house itself is very nice with everything one could need for the stay. Sabrina was also very responsive and helpful during the stay. Highly recommend!"

"We absolutely loved this home. It is in Fruita, just outside of Grand Junction, but an easy 15 minute drive into GJ. It is in a nice new subdivision. The home is new and very clean with nice decor. It had everything we needed. The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and we loved the game room. Will definitely stay again."
