Nice hotel with loads of history and charm in fantastic setting. We had eaten here on a few occasions, this our first stay. Very convenient for this area

Loved it. Room was adequate (once you’ve got used to all the creaks and bumps). This is a 16th century building in all its glory. Food was plentiful, well cooked and hot. Although our room over looked an island there was no problem with road noise. There was plenty of parking front and rear. Cannot sing it’s praises enough, in fact we’ll be going back just as soon as we can. Loved it!

Although we did not have hot water for the night we arrived, they immediately resolved the issue first thing in the morning. Took it seriously and did not sit on it and apologized for the inconvenience. Great staff, quiet environment, and good food, we will definitely return.

Warm welcoming and cosy place, beautiful location and the building. Hosts were very attentive - including Ruby who was super friendly at breakfast. We would love to come back and stay there again :)

We didn’t stay- the room smelt of sewer and the carpets were very unclean (this included carpet in the bathroom). I brought the manager up who said she would call the owner. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, she could not contact them and there were no other rooms available. We had to make the decision to drive all the way home.

Booked it very last minute and there's a 3 people room in the attic of the Inn. Very reasonably priced and decent room. Good breakfast. A bit dusty in some part of the room, but that's ok.
