"Excellent location to be near friends and NAS Jax for our brother/son/uncle’s Navy Retirement ceremony. Plenty of sleeping accommodations for our core family staying together. Nice, quiet neighborhood. A tiny peek of the lake from the front yard between homes. Our family actually loved playing pool together, so that was an added bonus! Would definitely stay again!"

"The house was perfect for our group. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in pool deck and spa. It was spacious and the pool was immaculate and surprisingly cool. We smoked meat in the large smoker out back and enjoyed watching the game on the back porch TV. The house was well stocked with common appliances, cookware, plenty of towels for the pool, and two large refrigerators for groceries. The host was very personable and gave us a tour when we arrived. It was overall a great place to stay."

"We rented the studio during recent stay to Jacksonville from another state. We stayed near our daughter and her family as they welcomed a newborn. It was a great reprieve from sleeping on the couch in the living room with our now 3 grandchildren (under 3) and their parents. There are no windows but we were gone most of the day. There is private outside sitting area for morning and evening as weather permits. The neighborhood is family oriented safe and convenient for our visit."

"My GOD everything was excellent. Filed our needs 100% Yuriy answered all our request and questions immediately in 5 minutes, the house fill all our needs and the grandkids love the pool !!! everything was perfect with the house and the neighborhood was so quiet. All our needs are close like pharmacy, Publix Walmart., gas, etc. Recommended 100% this home, great open layout, 10/10 rating Thank You Yiury We'll request his beautiful home again to our visit to Jacksonville again, period :) "

"We had the best time at our stay here. The house is small, but they have utilized the space so well! There’s room for everyone. We had our four kids (ages 8, 3, 2, and 7 months) and they had a BLAST. Home is kid friendly and well stocked. The owners were so kind and helpful! Had a small mishap with the washer, and they were eager to help and get it fixed. Everyone was sad to leave and we’re already looking forward to coming back! "

"The home itself was incredible. The property manager got back to me very quickly and we had no problems. My only complaint was how far away everything was but that has nothing to do with the house. Bed was so comfortable and the showers were very clean. Really enjoyed the stay and how helpful the owner was!"
