Perfection in the treetops!

If you are fortunate enough to find this home available, grab it while you can!!! It is pure heaven! Every single direction is a view worth losing yourself in! Only about 50 steps to Lake Michigan, super easy beach access. And the home has absolutely everything you might want. Complete attention to detail… in decor and comfort. A dream home to stay in. We highly recommend!

House in the treetops

This house was ideal for our large family reunion group. Spacious living area with beautiful views of trees and lake, large kitchen with adjacent long table, nice sized bedrooms. Plenty of laundry/dishwasher detergents, bath and beach towels, Keurig pods. Outdoor seating on decks surrounded by treetops. Short walk downhill to lovely, quiet beach. Check in/check out was seamless. Communication with management company was impeccable. We had several issues during our stay, but they were dealt with promptly. Parking was tight for large SUV, but no problem for small/medium vehicles. There are 50 steps to the kitchen/living area so be prepared.

Beautiful Treehouse near the beach

We gathered family for the first time since Covid, and had a great time in this peaceful spot, situated in the woods, but steps from the beach. The stairs can be challenging while moving in, but once we were settled, we found the space to be perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to be on their own or come together. The kitchen is well stocked to cook meals together. The views from the balconies are fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Best of both world

If you like the beach and the woods, then this is your spot! Clean, unique mid-century modern home in the wooded dunes neighborhood Of Macatawa. Lots of windows private decks, and wrap-around upper deck with lake views. A very a short walk down the path to the private neighborhood beach. This home was stocked with everything you need. My kids refer to this house as the “Cullen” house from The Twilight movie. We would stay here again.

Amazing Treetop Hideaway!

The home was every bit as unique and special as imagined. All-around an amazing place. I highly recommend. The views from all the decks were endless. Easy walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. Nice workspace (if needed). A few suggestions for future enhancements: the house could use another bathroom on the main living floor (five bedrooms share one bathroom). It also would be nice to have a washing machine on a lower level.

Large, extremely well equipped (kitchen especially) lots of supplies, ammenities.

Larger than the photos show! sleeps 16+ if you count the Aero bed. Wrap-around decks. Many stair steps, but weren't a problem for us. Access to a semi-private beach was a bonus. Parking was REALLY limited to four medium vehicles. Ten people in our group: age 6-73.

Perfect Weekend in Holland

My husband and I were there to celebrate our 40th anniversary with our sons and their families. This was the perfect spot. The architecture of the home and the views from the living area and surrounding deck were spectacular. There was ample space for the 8 of us, and, even though there are many stairs, it did not detract from our enjoyment. The house is fully stocked from the kitchen with everything you might need to the added touch of beach towels, beach chairs, and toys. The living area was comfortable and welcoming when we were all together, and the multiple other rooms allowed for privacy when calling it a night or needing a space to relax. Our only regret is that we didn't have a few extra days to enjoy all this house has to offer.

We loved this beach house in the trees

We loved the location and setting of this house by the beach but up on a dune surrounded by forest. The retro-modern architecture and furnishings were super cool, and the views of the woods and the lake were great. Only two caveats: (1) There are lots of stairs inside this house - if you can't go up and down stairs then this is not the house for you. (2) If you want more than the broadcast networks on the TV then make sure you bring your own Netflix/Prime/ESPN+/etc. logins for the smart TV (there are no cable channels). We loved it and would definitely go here again!

A large and very livable space. Children lived the many steps and levels which made the home exciting and special for them. For the older folks a bit more challenging. House well equipped and very much as advertised. Beautiful decks and views.

Family getaway during pandemic!

Our goal was a large home with gathering space for our family of 12 to be together for first time in months due to pandemic. Home was great for this! Private beach was short walk and easy to socially distance. Beach was a bit rocky but nice. Kitchen and eating areas nice for family meals. Quiet, pretty views. No yard but decks were nice

Another great Mac trip

Great house, plenty of room for our group of 5 couples with some kids. Kitchen is great for cooking, nice big table for dinner, and I’m just impressed with the water pressure alone! Not to mention the location, great beach just a little walk down the hill. Would not be great if you have a problem with stairs, but otherwise top notch.

Very good property. Only issue is we lost power during our stay, but so did a lot of Holland area. Great time other than that.

Great spot for extended family

Our kids and their kids loved this great treehouse. Plenty of spots for small groups and great space for the whole fam of 13 to eat and celebrate together. The beach was a short walk away. The steps we read about in the reviews helped to shape us up. The only bummer was having to carry groceries to the 4th floor kitchen. But, once there the kitchen was great and well outfitted.

Magical Treehouse

We had a wonderful stay at the Treehouse. The house itself is beautiful, spacious, and well kept. For a larger group, there is plentiful space for dining, resting, and playing. The kitchen and BBQ were large and inviting to prepare meals. The trees and neighborhood provided privacy while allowing easy access to a beautiful private beach within walking distance. We loved our stay!

Beautiful stay!

We loved staying in this house on a hill! It was beautiful, clean, and walking distance to the beach. We had a girls family and friends weekend and it was just what we needed (relaxing). The only thing we needed clarification on was correct gate and door codes when we checked in, which were incorrect from the website. Other than that it couldn't have been more perfect and we would love to rent again.

beautiful property and location

The house was gorgeous and spacious. Windows all around - surrounded by trees and had a view of the lake. Really stunning! Lots of stairs, but that's part of the charm. Also the multiple floors keep the house feeling even more spacious when you're with a large group.

A true getaway

This is a very unique house and proved a great spot for our group of ten. Plenty of space, very well equipped, and and ideal location to get away from it all. The full wrap-around deck on the top level is a prime feature. We would stay here again without any hesitation!

Beautiful View

Rented the property for Memorial Day weekend family gathering. Lots of open space, wrap around deck, and lots of windows with a beautiful view of nature and Lake Michigan. The private community is super cute for walking.

Excellent house

Lovely place. We had some hiccups, the gate code was changed and the lock box code was changed without updating us. This was difficult as we were traveling late night but the company did respond quickly when we called them. The house is stunning, and at a lovely location- don’t hesitate to book it.
