Step outside the french doors to the spacious patio deck, fire up the propane grill and enjoy al fresco dining under a covered roof with ambient lights, kick back and relax on the cozy conversation sofa set or saddle up to the bar for additional seating.

Out on the lawn you will find 4 large adirondack chairs surrounding a fire-pit perfect for s’mores in the evening,

Enjoy exploring the open water on the tandem kayak or two stand up paddleboards. If you prefer to stay closer to shore, relax on the huge Lily Pad while staying cool in the water.

The brand new dock is the perfect spot to fish, jump off for a swim or simply relax on the glider and enjoy the view.

For guest safety and property monitoring, exterior security cameras are in place. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the side door. Additional cameras are positioned on the front of the home facing the yard and driveway, and on the back of the home facing the dock area. There are no cameras inside the home or in private outdoor spaces.

This family-friendly home also features a high-chair, pack-n-play, games and silicone plates.

All Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your accounts on any of the TV’s.
