I was very very upset. I had stayed for 1 and half days because early flight. No choice but to pay fully for 2 nights. The last night, when I checked out at 23:30pm from the hotel, a hotel staff at the counter suddenly said to me, there are not a long and a small towel at my room. They asked me about the towels with suspicious eyes. I was very furious because I was being a thief by them. In fact, pillows smelled bad so I put the long towel on the pillow to reduce the sweat smell. Maybe, a hotel maid couldn't find the towels from the pillow. So I went back to my room with a hotel staff. There were all towels. Frankly speaking, I had bad feelings due to bad smell of bathroom, pillows and no thick bathroom towel when I had the first day. In addition, I couldn't take a sleep well due to continuous noisy sound comming from Karaokes nearby the hotel. However, I didn't express any complaints to them. But I was treated being a thief. I don't believe that this is a real 5 star hotel. This business trip is really awfull. I had a really bad experience at 5 star hotel.
