"Very clean and tidy with a fantastic sea view which gave my kids additional pleasure. Breakfast was super 👏👏👏 and my kids were given due attention. Parking was limited but I was able to park on site without issue. I will recommend you won't regret it. "

"Josie was very friendly and welcoming. Very attentive and couldnt do enough. We were offered a much needed hot drink on arrival which was brought to our room. Our room was very clean, more than enough tea, coffee etc, it even had dressing gowns. Little touches of Usb points on plugs and even a little chocolate each. We felt veey welcomed."

"The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...
