"The house was exactly as described! Beautiful!! Communication was excellent. Pros: perfect downtown location, beautiful apartment! Cons: -We stayed Friday-Sunday. Friday night there was a live band at the wine bar which is located outside the bedrooms. Loud until after 10:30 and putting a toddler to bed was not fun. -We had a family of 9 and planned to cook breakfast, there was only 2 pots and a cookie pan. We had to make it work to cook as we had a lot of food we didn’t want to waste....

"What an amazing venue! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We held a family reunion here and everyone commented how nice the place is, how fun all the games & activities were and how everyone felt right at home. The venue and the hosts were so amazing, we're thinking of doing a reunion every year at 12 Armadillos!"

"Group of executive board memebers staying at this location. Allowed us to have people come over after the conference/summit to eat and hang out with each other. Wonderful place. "The hou8se itself was extremely clean. And our host was extremely easy to contact. The house did have an ant infestation and we paid quite a bit of money for the property to have a pool, only to get there and the pool be almost disguisting. There were dead leaves and dirt on the bottom of the entire pool. I understand that the house is supposed to be completely accesible and it just didnt feel like we got a fair shake dealing with you guys."

"This was the perfect house in the sweetest little town for my mom, my sister and me! It was so nice to stay just barely outside of Round Top and be able to get a coffee without a line, etc. The owners were phenomenal - helpful, informative and kind. We hand the best time!"

"We came into town for my grandsons graduation and couldn’t have picked a better house for all my grandkids. The property has an amazing pond on it and the kids fished all day catching many fish! They were over the moon!! The house was just as described in listing and in pictures and all of us has plenty of room. If we are ever in College Station again, we definitely will stay again. Jeremy also was very quick to answer any questions that I had before we arrive."
