    Located in Lyon's highly sought-after 1st arrondissement, this 1,860 sq ft (176 m²) four-bedroom loft charms guests with its unique character and extraordinary atmosphere.
    Set on the mezzanine floor of a building, it features stunning exposed stone walls, beautiful ceiling beams, and a charming little patio where you can enjoy the outdoors. The mix of textures creates an authentic and warm setting.

    It's the ideal place for a stay with family, friends, or colleagues, with large spaces designed for conviviality and comfort for everyone.

    As soon as you enter, you will be struck by the impressive size and unique character of this loft.
    The apartment is organized around several distinct spaces, combining old-world charm with modern functionality.


    🌿 Outdoor patio

    A pleasant private patio is accessible on the ground floor, equipped with two garden tables and six chairs, perfect for sharing meals or enjoying a moment of relaxation outdoors.


    🍽️ Modern & fully equipped kitchen

    The kitchen, located at the entrance to the accommodation, is designed for cooking and sharing moments of conviviality: two ovens, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, sink, central island, dresser, crockery, utensils and complete cookware, as well as a coffee machine (...)


    🛋️ Living space

    The spacious living room offers a warm and unique atmosphere with: a pellet stove, two sofas, two armchairs, a video projector for your movie nights, a large dining table with a bench, four chairs, and two high chairs.
    An ideal space to get together and share convivial moments. Wi-Fi is available and free, with a fast connexion (FIBER)

    Important: please note that the apartment has electric radiators, but given the total surface area, we recommend using the stove to achieve an ideal temperature in the common areas. It must be used with caution, and we provide simplified instructions. Pellets are provided.


    🛏️ Sleeping areas – 4 bedrooms

    The loft has four separate bedrooms, offering comfort and privacy to every guest:

    On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom with a 140×200 double bed and a walk-in shower with vanity unit.

    Upstairs, you will find a first master suite with a desk, a 160x200 queen-size bed, and a walk-in shower with vanity unit.

    Then there is a second suite with a 140x200cm bed and a round bathtub, and finally a third master suite with a 180x200cm king-size bed, a walk-in shower, and a sink.


    🛁 Bathroom

    Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The 4 bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers or bathtubs, depending on the space.
    Sheets and towels are provided.
    We provide soap and shower gel from the eco-friendly brand GREENLAB.


    🧺 Laundry room & additional equipment

    A fully equipped laundry room is at your disposal with a sink, washing machine, dryer, water heater, and storage space, ideal for long stays.


    A small selection of complimentary items is available to help you get your stay off to a good start: pasta, rice, and basic essentials.

Our group of 5 adults had plenty of space to hang out together as well as to have quiet personal time. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The location was unbeatable for us, as we loved walking the cobbled streets and experiencing the quieter neighborhoods. The Rhône, the more busy areas, and beyond were also quite walkable.We would definitely stay here again !
