Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Garibaldi metro station (line D), close to the Part-Dieu district and the train station, this cozy studio for 2 people is on the ground floor, facing an inner courtyard.
Equipped with air conditioning for more comfortable temperatures in summer, this 28 m² studio features a lovely main living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area for 2 people. The sleeping area includes a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as an HD TV.
You will also enjoy a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, for a comfortable stay.
We provide basic supplies (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, microwave, extractor hood, kettle...). Sheets and towels are included.
Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so there may be some noise during recess times in the street in front of the building, although the apartment does not directly face it.
Free fiber Wi‑Fi is available.
