  • ✨ A cozy studio ideally located in Lyon

    Located just a few minutes’ walk from the Garibaldi metro station (line D), close to the Part-Dieu district and the train station, this cozy studio for 2 people is on the ground floor, facing a pedestrian street.

    With a surface area of 17 m², it features a lovely main living space with a large bay window, a nicely equipped kitchen, and a dining area for 2 people. The sleeping area includes a comfortable 140x190 bed as well as an HD TV.

    You will also enjoy a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, for a comfortable stay.

    Please note that the apartment is located near a school, so there may be some noise during recess times. The wall facing outside is opaque and glazed, but the upper section can be opened for ventilation.

    🎁 Some welcome items at your disposal

    We provide basic supplies (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) as well as a fully equipped kitchen (induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, microwave...). Sheets and towels are included.

    Free fiber Wi‑Fi is available.

    You will find in the apartment a guide with all the information you need for a great stay (Wi‑Fi code, instructions, recommended restaurants...).

    Respect for the property and the neighborhood:

    We are happy to share with you an apartment designed to offer comfort and quality. Please treat this space as if it were your own so that it remains pleasant for future guests. To this end, we ask you to:

    Respect the residential environment:
    Comply with the building's internal regulations.
    Avoid any noise that may disturb the neighbors, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
    Energy savings:
    Close the windows, turn off the lights and heating when leaving the apartment.
    Keep the apartment in good condition:
    When you leave, please empty your trash cans, wash your dishes, and leave the apartment tidy. This is a sign of respect for the cleaning staff who take care of our guests' well-being.
    Responsibility in the event of disturbances or breakdowns:

    We remind you that we cannot be held responsible for elements or incidents beyond our control. This includes:

    Any noise disturbances coming from the building, such as parties organized by neighbors.
    Noise outside the apartment related to city life (traffic noise, etc.).
    Temporary breakdown of the building's elevator.
    Unpredictable breakdowns of equipment or appliances, such as dead batteries in a remote control or a burnt-out light bulb. We are unable to predict such incidents in advance.

    Use of the toilet: The toilet is intended exclusively for biological waste and toilet paper. Any other use will result in a charge for service.
    Use of beds: The sofa and other surfaces must not be used as beds. Only beds and sofa beds provided for this purpose are permitted.
