This listing consists of a 4/2 1800 sqft main house with a 750 sqft detached guest house for extra living space. All that room for activities!



The Main House:



Features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that sleeps 9 people comfortably in beds, and one more can fit on the couch if needed making it perfect for a family trip or group getaway!



The master bathroom is the luxury bathroom you crave on vacation. There's an oversized walk-in glass shower with his and hers shower heads, a soaking tub, and large double vanity - with space to spare! And the master bedroom has a comfortable King bed to round out the master suite.



The guest bathroom in the main house features a handicap shower/jacuzzi tub combo with a walk-in door for easy access, a retractable shower head, a seat, and jets. It's admittedly a little old school and awkward but super convenient for those with injuries, handicap, or elderly. If you need it, you'll be glad to have it!



The game room is detached from the house, formerly a home office, we converted this space into a fun zone with foosball table, board games, and a poker table that also lifts up to reveal bumper pool so you have multiple ways to play! There's also a Roku TV to stream and a loveseat to round out your options for activities.



The backyard features a deck with outdoor dining area and propane grill. The deck connects the game room to the house. And there's a fire pit to enjoy the starry nights with family and friends.



The Guest House:



The guest house is 2 stories. The first floor features a bedroom with queen bed, desk, wall-mounted Smart TV, and full bathroom.



Upstairs is an open living concept with full kitchen, living room, dining area, and 2nd story back deck with patio furniture to enjoy the nice weather. And the couch pulls out to a sleeper sofa for more sleeping space.



Inside both kitchens, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans, and plates you need to cook dinner for your whole group from scratch!



The living rooms are furnished with large flat-screen Smart TVs where you'll be able to pull up all of your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, and HBO.



We've got you covered with all the needed amenities, including an iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner.



Looking to work from home? The house's internet is faster than a Florida sunburn! And there is a desk and workspace in both the main house and guest house.



There is also a large garage with home gym that features a squat and bench rack, incline bench, T-bar cable machine, leg extension & leg curl machine, dumbbells, treadmill, and other exercise equipment. And there's a large driveway if you are bringing a boat, trailer, or any other toys.



The property is honestly perfect if you are traveling with a large group and want a great vacation with all the amenities but avoid the high-traffic areas of PCB. The neighborhood is a nice residential neighborhood close to shopping and dining so everything you need is nearby.



We're also close to NSA Panama City Navy Base and Tyndall Air Force Base, and perfectly set up for long-term stays or TDY trips.



Palm Paradise is definitely the place for you!



Guest Access:

You have exclusive access to the entire property, including the backyard space with the fire pit, game room, the home gym, and both the main house and guest house. There is a smart lock on both doors for convenient self check-in.



The Neighborhood:

The home is located in a nice, quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and refrain from causing disturbances.



Just a few blocks from the main road that leads to shopping, restaurants and beaches. 25 minutes to the sandy beach, 30 minutes to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park, 20 minutes to the new Panama City Beach sports complex. Enjoy the backyard space to unwind and enjoy the quiet of the area. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area.



We encourage all our guest to explore all the beautiful places and attractions that are near the property. The great thing about this. Is that they are one quick internet search away.

Other Things to Note:

Palm Paradise is a two-home property. Both homes have separate door codes but you can easily access both through the back yard and gate in the fence.



This is in a nice and quiet residential neighborhood so please be respectful of the neighbors. This is not the house or neighborhood for parties.



PETS:

1. At the time of booking, you must make us aware of any pet(s) that will be staying in the unit. Failure to disclose the presence of pets will result in a fine.

2. Non-dangerous/non-aggressive pets are welcome to join you for your stay.

3. We have a maximum of two pets per unit.

4. All pets must be kept on a leash at all times on the property until inside the unit with you.

5. You must clean up and dispose of your pet's waste. Pets can relieve themselves in the strip of grass behind the lodge (the side opposite the entryway doors). Waste must then be disposed of in the dumpster by the storage shed (east side of the property).

6. Pets can be left unattended in the unit, as long as they are inside a kennel and will not cause excessive noise or bark loudly that could disturb other guests.

7. An extra $50 + taxes will be applied towards the cleaning fee for your stay and be requested through the app.



GENERAL:

Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. Excessive noise that disturbs others' stay may be grounds to terminate the booking.



SMOKING:

Smoking in the unit will result in a $250 fine and a cancellation of your stay, without refund, for causing smoke damage and a smell that is extremely hard and costly to remove.



NOTE:

Breaking any of these rules can result in a cancellation of your booking and is at the discretion of the Host.

Failure to comply with one or more of our policies may result to extra charges or eviction.



For your safety and security, guest screening by a third party is a mandatory requirement for all reservations. Guests are also required to sign a rental agreement to make sure that house policies are being observed. Please reach out to us if you need to view the agreement before booking.
