A Home to Relax and Unwind This is a calmly styled coastal bolthole with nautical touches, soft greys and proper sofas to sink into after a long beach walk. The living room is anchored by a striking white fireplace with original patterned tiles, a deep grey chesterfield piled with velvet cushions, and a glossy white coffee table ready for a cuppa and a magazine. Skylights, potted greenery and warm lighting throughout give it a slow-mornings, salty-air feel.
The Layout

• Kitchen and dining: Bright white units paired with vivid green metro tiles, 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Small oak dining table seats 4.
• Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 is the master with a king bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed with a single bunk above (sleeps 3), plus a dressing table with Hollywood-style lit mirror and a chest of drawers.
• Bathroom: Family bathroom upstairs with a freestanding roll-top slipper bath, separate walk-in shower enclosure, twin skylights, heated towel rail and stone-look tiling.
• Outdoor space: Private decked terrace with metal bistro table and chairs, screened by trellis and potted olive trees, plus a small chiminea. Catches the afternoon sun.
Location Milford on Sea is a friendly Hampshire coastal village where the New Forest meets the Solent, with a green at its heart and the shingle beach a five minute walk away. The village is a foodie favourite, with 20+ cafés and restaurants within strolling distance, and cliff-top walks to Barton on Sea on the doorstep. Across the water you`ll see the Isle of Wight and the Needles.

Good to Know Before You Book A few practical notes so there are no surprises on arrival:
• Self check-in via a key safe located to the left of the front door at the side of the property. Full instructions are sent ahead of arrival. • Parking is free on-street directly in front of the property, with usually space for around two cars, but spaces are not reserved. • Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed plus a double (sleeping 3), which works best for families or smaller guests sharing. • The outdoor space is a compact decked terrace with a bistro set rather than a full lawned garden. • Please remove shoes when inside the property. • No pets, no parties or events, and no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. • Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am out of respect for neighbours. • Please turn off lights, heating and appliances when leaving (additional charges may apply if heating is left on).
Extra charges A few optional extras are available and must be booked in advance, subject to availability: central air conditioning is offered during the summer months at £10 per day, and a safe deposit box can be added for £10 per stay. Both are arranged after booking through a secure third-party platform.
Booking policy Guests are not required to pay a security deposit for this stay, however, we reserve the right to charge up to £200 to the card on file in the case of any damage or excess mess. Please take care and tidy up after yourself during your stay.
Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file. If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled. Early payment is allowed; card fees up to 3 percent are non-refundable if cancelled.
Cancellation policy Full refund if cancelled 30 or more days before arrival. Fifty percent refund if cancelled fourteen to thirty days before arrival. No refund if cancelled within fourteen days of arrival.
