"I only booked this house for my family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 7-year-old) for one night as we were passing through the area. I wanted something peaceful as we had to be in the car for about 9 hours to get there. Let me tell you, I was so sad that we were only there one night. "This is an older home that has clearly been updated and remodeled, but definitely keeping the vintage vibe. It has everything you need, lovely interior, great porch and patio areas. Communication with the host was easy and they were quite responsive. Would definitely stay in this home again...gives you the Leipers local feeling. Driving anywhere from there is peaceful and gorgeous.Highly recommend!"

"This little cottage was the perfect spot to celebrate my 60th birthday weekend with friends. 🎉 It was so close to my party at the Tornado Room that we basically just floated over there. The place feels like stepping back in time in the best way — the kind of porch where you have to sit in a rocking chair and people-watch for hours. I absolutely loved it. The beds were super comfortable, there’s a Keurig for your morning coffee (very important ☕️), and the owner even left the sweetest welcome...

"We had an amazing 4 nights. A beautiful/historic property. The home had everything we needed & felt very homey & cozy even though it’s so spacious. We had 6 adults & 3 kids. Kids loved giving Dixie the horse treats & had so much property to run & get their energy out. Holly was so kind when we had ?’s about trick or treating ideas. We enjoyed meeting some of the guests at the other guest cottages. If ever in the area again, we’d definitely stay again. Thank you for a great long weekend...

"Overall the property was good. There was some minor damage done by some of the previous guests which made it slightly less than perfect. The furniture on the lower patio was mildewed so we weren't able to use it. Also, we were not allowed to open the garage door which was advertised as something to help bring the outdoors inside. Now for the good - we loved the layout of the house and the location. We will definitely be staying again and do recommend it for others."
