"very musty smell like it had been in a flood and not dried properly. There was a humidifier that was full to the top with water and we had to dump it. There were centipedes, spiders, mice and the more. There was a note left that the horses on site were dangerous and not to go to close. There were no paths to get to see any animals anyway. We stayed one night and had to leave it was uninhabitable. We would like our money back and have asked but still received no response."

"If you have a bunch of guys headed up to the AOAA this is a great place to crash. Just know its a big room with a huge bar, pool table, darts and some beds in it. Come ready to party. Plenty of parking (long trailers slightly more challenging). Comes equipped with a fridge, microwave and a blackstone.Mary, the host, was a saint and took care of us for sure. Be sure to check out her restaurant (Olde Stone Tavern) its one to remember."

"We had great communication with Jena! The house was spotless when we walked in. We were doing a couple days at Knoebels which was 35 mins away. House is close to many restaurants and stores and on a road that seemed to have many people walking or jogging. The campfire area near the water was beautiful! "Cozy home with plenty of space and rooms/beds to accommodate a big family. Host was communicative and easy to reach and willing to help out with any changes last minute. Was flexible with checkout times. Noticed that the appliances were dirty and there were leftovers in the fridge. Also, didn’t have towels, hand towels, etc available for use. Low supply of toilet paper but other than that a great stay!"
