"飯店有提供ㄧ泊5食服務，讓你從入住到退房都不會餓肚子！飯店有點年紀了，所以有些設備看起來都舊舊的，位在鹿野高臺附近，所以大部份的人都是去看熱氣球才選擇入住，建議平常可以在館內多辦一些活動，吸引客人"

"很美的裝潢，大人小孩都合適的空間 一樓有wifi,可惜樓上沒有網路 建議吹風機可換風量更強的品牌 民宿有小瓶飲用水，但份量不夠。 建議安裝飲水機 電視是MOD，建議可以多訂閱頻道！ 入住時一樓浴室洗手台有一盆水，比較像是整理到的小地方！ 大致上都不錯，如果是在海邊的話 會更有度假感～～ 整體上都很愉快，下次會想再去！"
